there are approximately fifty congressional critters of both 'houses' who are citizens of israel as well as the usa. who exactly do they represent in such an arrangement;

should renounce citizenship in all other countries.

At a minimum, they should disclose their citizenship

in other countries and abstain from votes

specifically benefitting those countries.
