And so on. In all cases, the key carrying agent for all of these toxic agendas is unconsciousness. If people were conscious of the real nature of these agendas and how badly they’re being robbed in order to advance them, they would refuse to consent to them and force them to stop. there are times you wonder which side the courts are on and this is one such example in which a cop abuses his daughter and seemingly gets away with it, so far at any rate;

Jeremy Yachik was a cop who brought his brutality home. His psychopathic behavior led to him being caught on video kicking and beating his 15 year old daughter for the crime of “eating carrots.” He was tried and convicted for abusing his daughter both physically and sexually — with the former being captured on video. However, thanks to a technicality, a court has overturned that conviction and he could soon be a free man.

As TFTP reported at the time, according to court records, the girl told Loveland police investigators that Yachik abused her almost daily for years. The abuse allegedly included restraining her hands with handcuffs or plastic zip ties and then slamming her head into a wall hard enough to leave a hole and choking her until she blacked out, according to a Loveland Police Department arrest affidavit.

The girl also said he beat her with ropes, restricted her food, shackled her in a darkened room for hours and force-fed her “ghost pepper sauce” that’s roughly 10 times hotter than habanero peppers, the affidavit said.

When asked why he was doing these things to his daughter he said that the teen “won’t communicate” with him, according to the affidavit.

Luckily his ex-girlfriend, Ashley Saint-Roberts, caught one of these abusive fits of aggression on video and turned it into police. However, when the allegations were first brought forward, the department tried to cover them up.

Case in point, the following story out of South Carolina in which a cop walked up to an innocent man’s home, shot him through the window, lied about it, and the department ruled that he “broke no laws.”

On the night of June 14, 2019, Dick Tench and his wife were sound asleep when Greenville County deputy Kevin Azzara walked up to the couple’s home, rang the doorbell and then shot Tench four times before he could even open the door. The entire scene was captured on the officer’s body camera, and department’s original version of events did not match the video at all. Despite the blatant discrepancies between what the department claimed happened and what actually happened, Azzara was ruled justified in his actions.

In a lawsuit filed this week in federal court, we’ve learned that this cop has been involved in an unjustified shooting and allowed to remain a cop — despite being terminated from his previous job as a cop.

Azzara was terminated from a New Jersey police department for an unjustified shooting when he became a gypsy cop before moving to South Carolina, who gladly hired the dangerous officer. Despite his history of violence, the police union has no problem supporting his actions.

“That was our position from the beginning, that he broke no laws, he broke no policies, he didn’t do anything wrong,” Michael Laubshire, an attorney with the South Carolina Fraternal Order of Police who is representing Azzara, told The Greenville News.

Trump is alleging that the publication of Bolton’s book will endanger “national security.” But Bolton’s book has already been published. There are people who have already read it. There are reviews of the book being published.

That means that the things in the book that Trump asserts are going to threaten “national security” are already out there in the public domain. Presumably, the U.S. national-security establishment’s official “adversaries,” “enemies,” “rivals,” and “opponents” are aware of them.

So, has the United States fallen into the ocean? Federal Appeals Court Orders Dismissal of Case Against General Flynn

Federal district judge Emmet Sullivan was ordered yesterday in no uncertain terms by the US Court of Appeals to comply with the US Department of Justice’s decision to drop the invalid prosecution of General Flynn who had been coerced into a false plea by FBI threats to indict his son.  

The FBI investigation of General Flynn concluded that he had done nothing wrong and recommended closing the investigation.  But Democrat operative Peter Strzok pulled rank and kept the investigation open.  Released FBI documents prove that Strzok and the FBI decided to frame General Flynn.  The documents show that the plan is “to get him (Flynn) to lie so we can prosecute him or get him fired. . . . we should try to frame them in a way we want.”

In other words, the FBI abused its power in an effort to create a Russiagate scandal to hang around President Trump’s neck.  

These now established facts played no role in the Appeals Court humiliation of the incompetent Judge Emmet Sullivan.  Sullivan is so incompetent that he had no idea that no federal district judge can require the Department of Justice to prosecute anyone. Locusts are currently swarming on three continents as an outbreak of the vermin has now spread from Paraguay into Argentina. The National Service of Agri-Food Health and Quality (SENASA) said the swarm, estimated at 40 million creatures, was passing through the province of Chaco in northern Argentina on Tuesday.

SENASA reported that the swarms are composed of the Schistocerca Cancellata species of locust in the subfamily Cyrtacanthacridinae which is different than the desert locust currently devastating Africa and southwest Asia. The South American species has an insatiable appetite for crops of wheat, corn, and oats. These are mostly grown as feed for cattle, a  major agriproduct of Argentina.

The voracious short-horned grasshoppers are devouring enough crops to feed 2,500 people every day. High temperatures and wind are causing the swarm to move up to 100 kilometers a day.  Other countries in South America have been made aware of the outbreak and are preparing for the possibility the swarms will arrive at their borders.

Meanwhile, Africa is facing a probable third wave of locust invasion in 6 months. A wave of locusts swept through East Africa last year, returning again in 2020 in swarms estimated to be 20 times larger. The second round of infestation is described as the worst in 70 years.

Swarms are often tens of square kilometers in size.  A swarm of just one square kilometer eats the same amount of food in one day as 35,000 people. The swarms also can travel 93 miles a day making efforts to control an outbreak even more difficult. Unfortunately, they were not all peaceful and many places saw rioting and destruction as many communities found themselves unable to contain their rage. Atlanta, Georgia was one of these places. After the protests began to subside, however, something quite telling began to happen in the city. Crime dropped dramatically.

Prior to Atlanta officers killing Rayshard Brooks in a botched DUI stop, crime began plummeting. Even after the brief unrest from protests due to Brooks, crime was still on the decline.

Though many officers from the APD called in sick after the cop who killed Brooks was charged, records show they were refusing to do their jobs well before this.

According to a scathing report from WSB-TV, prior to police killing Brooks and throwing a collective temper tantrum, traffic stops were already down a whopping 80 percent. When cops aren’t extorting people for victimless crimes like window tint, license plate lights, seat belts and other arbitrary “offenses,” there is no need to “defund police” because this will do that for them.

While there are certainly police officers who will heroically rush in to stop dangerous situations, there are others who appear to get off on asserting their authority and hurting people. The officer in the video below appears to be the latter.

Sunday night, Kandy Dowell and her husband Kevin got into a verbal argument and then made the absolutely terrible decision to call the police to get help solving it. Instead of help, however, they got a raging Independence County sheriff’s deputy who terrorized them and their child.

“It was just on from there,” Kandy Dowell said as the deputy arrived. “I mean as soon as that man broke through my threshold, he was aggressive. It was just awful. It was a nightmare.”

According to KAIT, Dowell said she and her husband, who has PTSD and depression, were arguing. Often, she said they will call 911 to defuse the fights — a decision they will likely never make again.

“They come out here and they usually help us grab a bag and we leave,” she said. “That’s usually the end of it, but this time it was not.”

Kandy says that they’ve called 911 so many times for help with their arguments before that many of the deputies know them and know how to diffuse the situation.

Let me be clear, all White people are currently under serious assault, but I am just focusing on how White girls and women are being targeted in this piece. The Democrats, media, and white liberal elites have placed the responsibility for the multi-city rioting and looting by blacks on white Americans for being racist.  Although the evidence is clear that Floyd died from a fatal dose of the opioid on which he was strung out, his death is falsely attributed to strangulation by white police.  Thousands of businesses in many cities have been damaged, looted, or destroyed.  People have been injured and killed, and public monuments of white men have been destroyed, including statues of George Washington and Ulysses S. Grant.

White liberal elites are apologizing to blacks for white racism and accept the rioting and looting as an understandable response to Floyd’s alleged murder.  The white elites do not comprehend that what is underway is not a demand for  inclusivity, but a demand for the obliteration of Western civilization.

It’s been almost eighteen months since the last of the big – and highly anomalous – California fires. True to form, the state’s principal utility, Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) has taken the fall according to this story shared by G.B.:

PG&E Pleads Guilty To 84 Counts Of Manslaughter Tied To Deadliest Wildfire In California History

As the article indicates, the New York Times reported that PG&E has pleaded guilty to 84 counts of involuntary manslaughter in the deaths of 84 people during the Paradise fire.

But there’s more:

In addition to the guilty plea, the California Public Utilities Commission separately fined PG&E almost $2 billion for its negligence in causing the wildfire. What’s more, the company could face additional penalties because its guilty plea represents a violation of a federal probation order placed on the company from a 2010 transformer explosion which started a fire that killed 8 people. The federal judge, William H. Alsup, has the power to impose new penalties on the company for violating its probation, according to the NYT.

As it exits bankruptcy, the company has agreed to pay $13.5 billion to settle claims related to the wildfires (it initially declared bankruptcy last January to try and avoid getting whacked with a massive judgment in the ballpark of $30 billion (or at least that’s what the company feared at the time).

About half of that number will be paid in the form of company stock, leaving roughly 70,000 wildfire victims owning a little more than 22% of the utility once it leaves bankruptcy.

Ok… let me see if I have this right: the victims of the fires, who have lost property, houses, cars, and perhaps suffered from medical bills or the actual loss of family members or pets, are being paid for their “inconvenience” by shares of stock in the very utility company found guilty of negligence, which company in turn has been heavily and repeatedly fined for said negligence, and whose shares will likely suffer further hits in value.........read more......

The presstitutes’ story is that George Floyd died from asphyxiation—“I can’t breathe”—from a police officer’s knee on his neck.  This story is not supported by the autopsy and toxicology reports.  

The autopsy report says Floyd died of a heart attack and that no life-threatening injuries were inflicted by police restraint.  The medical examiner found no physical evidence to “support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation.” The toxicology report says that the concentration of Fentanyl in Floyd’s blood was more than three times the fatal dose. Fentanyl is a dangerous opioid.  Reports that the coroner ruled Floyd’s death a homicide are incorrect. As for Floyd’s neck, the autopsy report states there are “no areas of contusion or hemorrhage . . . The cervical spinal column is palpably stable and free of hemorrhage.” 

Excited Delirium Syndrome (EXD) typically results from fatal drug overdose. The condition results in breathing problems and cardiopulmonary arrest. These were the symptoms that Floyd showed.
