as a birthright quaker i was raised to give everyone an equal chance and lived in situations where i was a minority among blacks. as with everything there are places where stereotypes are based on reality and others where it ain't so, but this speaker will say things that could get me labeled racist for just posting it. i owned and operated a nightclub in wva where we were the first to openly allow black to mix with white and had black security employees. i saw much that is reinforced by this video. you can open this link and make your own conclusions;
