It would appear that the 1099-A is precisely the same as issuing an EFT on a closed account to settle a debt. The bank through which the EFT was issued has the SS# from when the account was originally opened, so the path to the Treasury Direct Account of the SME is available for the transfer of the requested funds. Naturally the banks do not want you to realize that everything is actually pre-paid because that cuts them out of their largess and exposes how we have all been enslaved. The actual basis for this scam is the fact that there is no money in existence, a carefully guarded secret that must be kept from the masses. Folks might just get a bit pissed off if they ever found out that the entire world foundation is sitting on fraud.

If you read the back of the SS card, it will tell you it does not belong to you.

THE SSN IS NOT THE TRUSTEE. The trustee is the 6 member Board of Trustees of the Trust Funds as defined at 42 U.S.C. section 401.c. Under Agency law the dealer is an ostensible AFENT go the Trustee, which agency is formed when you originally provided your SSN on the credit application.

To Dan, the answer is the 1099-A to pay all your debts.

1099-A Acquisition, Abandonment

The man Chris was assigned an entity CHRIS. CHRIS has credit and Chris is having CHRIS go get it for Chris' beneficial use, because Chris is the Beneficiary. CHRIS is the bridge between public and the private. Man cannot tough FRN's and have clean hands. CHRIS being the public servant will take the credit and pay for what the beneficiary Vhris wants, because CHRIS is government and government has to pay everything/all debt obligations.

The SS card does not belong to you, the SS is the Trustee. The Trustee has the duty to protect property and asset.

A Beneficiary is a living person. Every Contract is a Trust , which means your BC as well. It is a Trust created by your mom but once you are 18 you have the power to operate on your own. The ALL CAPS IAS YOUR TRUST, your SSN (Trustee) and you are the beneficiary(Your Upper and lower case name.

Only a live person can speak over a contract, not dead.....reason everything is paper for the corporation system.

So when you sign the back, you are letting them know you are the Beneficiary of the Trust that was created at birth.

The TRUSTEE has to file taxes, Not the living man.

You are using the SSN to get the property & assets and make the CLAIM as living person living person has full rights over it.

The Social Security number applies to the ALL CAPS ACCOUNT.

Today we went to a Dodge Dealer in Boone. We were looking at cars/jeeps. They had a beautiful jee Grand Cherokee.

The price tack was hmmmm quite substantial because it had all the bells and whistles on it. The salesman knew I loved this car...... hmm would you be willing to take a 1099-A for payment. I am (Gary) the Beneficiary of a Trust and it has enough to pay for this vehicle. To my surprise the gentleman knew a lot about it. .He said: we do make deals. He offered for us to take the car home...but we declined as I wanted to make sure the paperwork all goes through. ($62,000.00).

We have an appointment monday morning and he has placed the vehicle as sold in the back.
