here i post more from the archives, which as i've said before may or may not be of my creation though it certainly has been edited and re-written by me if it is a found item. you may have begun to notice that i have no respect for those who claim to be in charge of, and responsible for, us;

With roughly 1000 overseas bases, depending on how you count, an undeniably messianic ideology, a bigger defense-offense budget then the rest of the planet combined, 16+ spy agencies, the dollar as the world’s currency, there’s no doubt that America is a planetary Empire. The same elites who’ve weakened, and destroyed, countries world wide, have done so to America itself: it’s easier to rule and rob desperate and confused populations. The plan is to reduce citizens of whatever nation to disposable cogs that must compete for the lowest wages and be chained to lifelong debts, as dished out by criminal banks. In the Empire farcical election games are held to give an increasingly angry populace an illusion of political participation. Whoever is propped up as ‘President’, the military banking complex, Anglo Zionists or American Empire, call them what you will, will continue their rampage worldwide while destroying their host nation.

Government health care mandates undermine the basic principles of a free society. If it’s legitimate for government to tell us what types of health care we must receive, then it is also legitimate for the government to tell us what to eat, when to exercise, and even how to raise our children. A tyranny imposed for our own good is the worst form of tyranny because it’s tyranny without limits. All who love liberty must therefore oppose mandatory depression screening, or any other health care mandate.

Some people are so desperate to fight one monster that they are willing to give unlimited powers to another monster thinking it will give their minds ease. These people are fools, and they are putting the rest of us at risk. Let’s suppose America’s elections are rigged, that Bush was never fairly elected, that congress is bought and paid for with drug money and that America’s courts, media and police are totally corrupt, run by drug cartels or paid off by foreign intelligence services. Then, wouldn’t every political, intellectual and social function that failed to take these “facts” into account be nothing more than folly and delusion?

Failure to provide context, the acceptance and spreading of myths, the application of double standards as standard operating procedure, and participation in ideological bandwagons and campaigns, have been extremely important in coverage of foreign affairs.

One of the biggest trends of the post financial crisis period has been a plunge in the American public’s perception of the country’s powerful institutions. The establishment often admits this reality with a mixture of bewilderment and erroneous conclusions, ultimately settling on the idea people are upset because “Washington can’t get anything done.” However, nothing could be further from the truth. When it comes to corruption and serving big money interests, all of ‘our’ politicians are very good at getting things done.  Congress doesn’t get anything done on behalf of the people, but this is no accident. The government doesn’t work for the people.

They do this because it is assumed that any lie, however obvious, must be for the greater good of a tolerant, humane world or these countries wouldn’t tell it. It suits everyone to think this way, no one questions it, and so the truth doesn’t come into the equation.

“That’s the way the ruling class operates in any society. They keep the lower and the middle classes fighting with each other… Anything different: that’s what they’re going to talk about; race, religion, ethnic and national background, jobs, income, education, social status, sexuality, anything they can do to keep us fighting with each other, so that they can keep going to the bank!”  George Carlin

The hildabeest works for Wall Street, and even more dangerous, though, is that she is the representative of the military-industrial complex supporting every war demanded by ‘our’ deep security state run by the military and the CIA.” She and her party set their sights on Russia. The Russians have no say in this decision: they were formally appointed to the high post of The Enemy of the Empire, and this appointment requires no agreement of the victim. Why were the Russians chosen? Who else fits the bill? ‘Our’ war machine needs an enemy, and the world isn’t that large. Europe is subdued and occupied. China is too big, India is too soft, and the Arabs are too small. Japan was fitted for an enemy once, but surrendered. Putin perfectly understood the Empire’s war machine’s search for an enemy when he proposed to Americans at the UN they fight the Islamic State together with Russia. This nefarious Islamic State remains a possibility that will have to do, meanwhile, but for a greater and more serious enemy, able to attract nice budgets, Russia suits best. Russia has an additional charm: it is a successor state to the USSR, which was the designated enemy for the West for a long time, until 1991. Thus it is a traditional enemy. Hillary as a Goldwater Girl supported the most warlike Russia-hating candidate, and apparently she still remembers the thrill. It’s true that Russia’s enemy status had been explained by the satanic nature of godless communism, and this explanation is as dead as a dodo, but explanations aren’t reasons, they’re secondary rhetorical devices. The reason is the need for an enemy so the war budget will grow nicely and keep generals and weapon manufacturers in the lifestyle they are accustomed to.

“Secret cables and reports by the U.S., Saudi and Israeli intelligence agencies indicate that the moment Assad rejected the Qatari pipeline, military and intelligence planners quickly arrived at the consensus that fomenting a Sunni uprising in Syria to overthrow the uncooperative Bashar Assad was a feasible path to achieving the shared objective of completing the Qatar/Turkey gas link. In 2009, according to Wikileaks, soon after Bashar Assad rejected the Qatar pipeline, the CIA began funding opposition groups in Syria.”  Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Don’t ask questions. Just defer to their authority. They know what’s best for us. They have access to information we don’t have. They’re just protecting “national security.” Who needs any stinking evidence? Everyone knows that the Russkies do these sorts of things. It has to be them. Who else?

The fake mainstream news media is completely failing. It is failing because rather than informing the public and criticizing the powerful, it has become merely a giant public relations organ for ‘our’ government. For many people this means: “US wars are good and righteous wars, support our troops, admire the representations of war in sports, praise large American corporations, vote for a ‘tough President’, winning is everything, expand the Pentagon budget, develop a kick-ass attitude, love technology in all forms and degrees, obey and agree with institutional authority, assume that bigger is always better.”
