Had my first live chat with retired Lt. Colonel Danny Davis (U.S. Army) on Tuesday and we had what I thought was a healthy, insightful discussion on Ukraine and the non-viability of NATO military options. I will let you judge. The day before I got the invited to do the Tuesday interview, I serendipitously watched the recent debate at the Council on Foreign Relations featuring Danny and Professor John Mearsheimer facing off with two intellectual lightweights — Ambassador Paula Dobryanski and Heather Conley, who heads up the German Marshall Fund.
