The fight to stop this package of bills now shifts to the U.S. Senate, where they are also discussing so-called “Red Flag” laws. Please contact both of your State’s U.S. Senators, and remind them that a magazine ban is grossly unconstitutional, and that Red Flag laws violate the 2nd Amendment as well as the Due Process protections of the 5th and 14th Amendments.
