 it would seem that covid has consumed flu as this post would lead you to suspect;

Editor’s note: It’s extremely intriguing that the flu has apparently all but dropped off from the face of the planet since COVID. Why not continue flu surveillance in order to learn more about this extremely interesting phenomenon?

This looks extremely suspicious.

The Center for Disease Control will not be collecting data on the flu this year.

The CDC webpage, U.S. Influenza Surveillance System: Purpose and Methods, contains this notice:

What gives? Does the CDC fear that there will be more cases of the flu rather than COVID-19? That more people will die this coming flu season from the flu rather than COVID-19?

That flu cases will be counted as COVID-19 cases and the major drop in flu cases will be very easy to spot?

The idea that this is some kind of capacity problem doesn’t wash. The number of flu specimens is nowhere near the number of COVID specimens tested.

Something looks very shady.
