another link pasted fully herein regarding the further removal of the rights 'our' government tells us we have and are killing millions to make sure they have, which they won't and neither do we;

America is embarking down a deeply troubling path in regard to publishing, sharing, and consuming information. The end of this path is something that tyrannical regimes throughout history have fought vigorously for as it allows them to control the public narrative and ensure ideas that challenge their rule are stomped out of existence forever in a brutal campaign of censorship.
Because we all know what censorship is and the darkness to which it leads, one would think that all free societies would oppose it. However, one would be wrong.
This week, we watched tech giants like Facebook, Google, Apple, and Spotify wipe the vitriolic Alex Jones from the face of their platforms. The power of these four companies wield to effectively wipe out an entire organization all within a 12 hour time frame is as immense as it is chilling. Sadly, because Jones was so vitriolic, this ominous precedent was carried out without resistance and with overwhelming support.
As TFTP reported earlier this week, Jones pushes anti-Muslim rhetoric, plays right along with the two-party paradigm, and serves as little more than a cheerleader for the current president, all while stoking divide all the way along. His words are often hateful and he sometimes spreads outrageous conspiracy theories.
So what?
If you don’t like what Alex Jones is saying, do what the majority of people in this country do—don’t listen to him. When you move to silence someone because you disagree with what they say—because it offends you or hurts your feelings—you become an enemy of free speech.

 the entire post is pasted here speaking about how the hildabeest complaining the russians stole her victory. every day the frogs find the water to be warmer but still make no noise about it as the waters are fine, but soon they'll be warmer than the frogs will enjoy. the constitution is being taken away like the magician takes a table cloth from a fully set table with out making a mess, as no one is looking;

It started with Hillary Clinton floating out the big lie, that 17 US intelligence agencies are “confident” that Russia hacked DNC servers and John Podesta email accounts, in a Kremlin plot to elect Donald Trump as President of the United States.
Fast forward two years later and witness Silicon Valley tech giants colluding in a span of 12 hours to de-platform Infowars and Alex Jones.
These are not isolated incidences. The one gave us the other.
The Deep State’s chosen candidate, Hillary Clinton, lost to the ultimate outsider, Donald Trump. All eyes, and all lies, turned to the perennial scapegoat Russia.
This time the elitist plan was more sinister than ever. Why let a good lie like ‘Russia election meddling’ go to waste?
While the Deep State was whipping up hatred, racism, and bigotry towards Russians, conservative and libertarian media sources were deemed ‘hate speech’ and ‘islamophobes’, found guilty by tech billionaires and their globalist master of committing actions over the internet that threaten the “survival” of American Democracy.
Much like those pesky and evil Russians, conservative and libertarian voices need to be silenced.
RT CrossTalk host Peter Lavelle, Editor-in-Chief of The Duran Alexander Mercouris, and The Duran’s Alex Christoforou discuss how Russia hysteria kicked, off by Hillary Clinton’s “17 intelligence agencies” lies, has now morphed into an Orwellian social media purge.

big brother has begun to show his face, and facebook is one of the locations of that 'face'. the frogs are getting warmer but continue to do more important things like shopping at walmart;

Late on Sunday, after returning to his hotel room on a trip away from home, Mark Zuckerberg made a decision he had hoped to avoid.
For weeks, the Facebook chief executive and his colleagues had debated what to do about Infowars, the notorious far-right news site, and Alex Jones, Infowars’ choleric founder, who became famous for his spittle-flecked rants and far-fetched conspiracies, including the idea that the Sandy Hook massacre was an elaborate hoax promoted by gun-control supporters.
Mr Jones is just one Facebook user out of 2.2 billion, but he had become symbolic of tech platforms’ inconsistency and reluctance to engage in a misinformation war.

ike's warnings have certainly been forgotten, and this link shows how far we've fallen, as everyone watches american ninja instead of watching what's happening to them;

Have you ever heard of Senate Joint Resolution 59 (S.J.Res. 59)? Neither had I. A friend of mine saw a blurb about it on an obscure national security blog and brought it to my attention. At first glance it didn’t seem to be any big deal. It’s inelegantly named the “Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF) of 2018.” It was introduced on April 16, 2018 by Senators Bob Corker (R-TN), the chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee (SFRC), and Tim Kaine (D-VA). Officially, the bill would “Authorize the use of military force against the Taliban, al-Qaeda, the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, and designated associated forces, and provide an updated, transparent, and sustainable statutory basis for counterterrorism operations.”
It’s hard to oppose a bill that would “keep Americans safe,” as Corker said in the SFRC hearing. But this bill is so bad, such an affront to our freedom, such an attack on our civil liberties, that we should be compelled to oppose it.
S.J.Res. 59 is bad for a number of reasons. First and most importantly, it would provide blanket permission for the president to launch a military attack of literally any size and intensity whenever he wants without specific congressional approval. That seems obviously unconstitutional to me, although I’m not a constitutional scholar. Still, the constitution says in Article I, Section 8 that only Congress shall have the authority to declare war, among other things military. It does not allow the president the ability to launch a war.

 kunstler is at it again and doing very well at it as you can see should you choose;

Those in the USA who have not been driven plumb insane by President Donald Trump are probably scratching their heads down to the subdural cavity this week with his imposition of more severe sanctions on Russia only a month after he went to Helsinki to repair tattered relations with Russia’s president, Mr. Putin. The official reason: payback for the poisoning in Wiltshire, UK, of Sergei Skripal, retired UK/Russia double agent, and his daughter Yulia.
Really? For that? For a botched assassination with one of the world’s most potent military nerve agents which, by the way, failed to kill its victims. (Somebody please go inform the Russian military that they may have batch problems over at the nerve agent lab.) Oh, also, by the way, there’s less evidence that whatever-it-was on the Skripal’s doorknob, or in the bubble-and-squeak they ordered at that restaurant, came from Russia than from the UK’s own military poisons lab at nearby Porton Down.
This new mystifying chapter in US foreign relations raises some beguiling questions. For instance: why exactly do we give a fuck about a Russian spy who sold out to the UK at the same moment in history that we (that is, the American public and their news media) hardly heaved a sigh over the joint US – Saudi bombing of a school bus in Yemen that killed 43 people, mostly children, this week?
