Why Can’t Americans Find Jobs?

According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, 80 to 90 percent of net new jobs since 2020 went to foreign-born workers.  Independent estimates conclude that 88 percent of new jobs went to foreign-born people. What this means is that in the five-year period, 2020-2025, foreign born individuals took 4,700,000 of the 5,345,000 new jobs, leaving only 645,000 jobs for native-born Americans.

Economists who shill for corporations and banks and globalism’s advocates interpret this information falsely in a self-serving way.  They claim with no evidence that the numbers prove that there is a labor shortage in the US and that the immigrant-invaders and H1-B visa imported guest workers are filling in the gaps left by retiring boomers and falling birth rate.

But what the facts show is that during this five year period, the US labor force participation rate dropped by 2 percentage points, which means  5,500,000 native-born Americans exited the work force. Frustrated by the inability to find a job, Americans ceased looking.  Many live with parents or other relatives.  Some are in the cash economy.
