a loaded question easily answered by history and experience. scott adams said it well with visual evidence. blacks are not like the rest of us on so many levels. i was partially raised by a black man in an area frequently with lots of africans about. at the same time familiarly doesn't mean things aren't as they frequently seem; 

 

An estimated 40% of America’s prison population is comprised of blacks despite representing only about 13% of the total U.S. population. From 1970 to 2020, the black prison population increased by 780% which is significantly higher than all other racial groups. For example, black men are six times more likely than white men to be incarcerated in their lifetimes. Black men are stopped and frisked by police at a rate 8.5 times higher than white men. And black youth are arrested at a rate 6.1 times higher than white youth (see World Metrics Report 2026, Law Justice System, ‘Black People in Prison Statistics’).

The statistical numbers may differ slightly depending on what source or year one reads, but the lesson remains the same – a hugely disproportionate number of black Americans are incarcerated for the crimes they commit, particularly felonious crimes of violence. Unless one wants to believe that blacks are always unjustly framed for their alleged crimes by crooked cops, including a justice system that specifically targets them for racial reasons, it becomes fairly evident that blacks possess strong proclivities toward crime and thus are a massive financial burden to the country.

Since at least the early 1960s, blacks have managed to make almost every large American city an unsafe and dangerous place. This is not the result of German tourists, immigrants from India, the Amish or Japanese vacationers, but solely because blacks have been unleashed by the federal government via the Civil Rights movement and given more or less permission to wreak havoc on the populace due to being afforded special rights and the implementation of naive liberal social policies.

Prior to the movement, blacks were generally prevented from full acceptance into white society by Jim Crow and Sundown laws. These laws did not prevent black criminality and dysfunction per se. They only prevented it from fully spreading into white neighborhoods, and even then, it did not sufficiently stop it in some instances............more..........
