Hardly an “isolated incident,” Col. Mark McDonough, commissioner of the Department of Public Safety and head of GSP, said the entire class of students with the 106^th trooper school is no longer after they cheated during an online test for speed detection in October of 2019.

Miami, OK — Terral Ellis, 26, had made a mistake. In 2015 he got a DUI and then missed his court date. It’s a mistake thousands of people make every week across the country but because of the horrifyingly corrupt and negligent jail staff in Oklahoma, this mistake would cost Ellis his life. Just 12 days after turning himself into the Ottawa County Jail for missing his court date, Ellis would die a slow and agonizing death—all of which was entirely preventable.

Ellis’ last hours alive were captured on the jail’s surveillance system and the resultant videos are nothing short of horrific. As he writhed in agony on the floor of his jail cell, officers mocked him and accused him of faking it. Even the jail’s nurse got in on the action and laughed at the “boy who cried wolf.”

“I’m sick and tired of f—ing dealing with your ass!” nurse Theresa Horn yelled. “Ain’t a damn thing nothing wrong with you!”

But there was something very wrong with Ellis and only a few hours later, this 26-year-old, with his entire life in front of him, would be dead. Although this incident unfolded in October of 2015, the gruesome surveillance footage was only just released. The multiple videos show how officers and other jail staff repeatedly ignored Ellis’ cries for help and even mocked him as he died a slow painful death. It also shows them ignoring the pleas from his cellmate and other inmates who could see the pain Ellis was in.

Sometime after turning himself in on October 10, 2015, Ellis would get pneumonia and eventually septic shock that would prove to be fatal because instead of receiving help, he was mocked and ignored.

“If you don’t have everything I have, this is just some kid who died in jail because he got sick,” said attorney Dan Smolen, referring to the detailed audio and video clips showing officers mocking a sick man until he turned blue and died. “I want people to understand this is happening, every day, all day long, in jails across the United States. I think it has just been captured [here] in a really awful way.”

Warren, OH — Just last week, TFTP reported on the fabricated story of how Los Angeles Sheriff’s Deputy Angel Reinosa was shot in the shoulder by a sniper as he walked from his patrol car into the station. A massive manhunt ensued as heavily armed deputies in military attire set up a perimeter and locked down the area but it would all be in vein. Reinosa was arrested last week because he made the entire thing up. Now, less than a week later, another cop in Ohio was arrested for doing the exact same thing. 

On January 13, approximately 50 officers from ten different departments combed a prominently black neighborhood looking for a non-existent suspect. This swarm of cops was reportedly detaining innocent people, pulling over others, and shaking up an entire community. All of this chaos and rights violations were because Warren Police Officer Noah Linnen falsely claimed he’d been involved in a shootout with a black man in a black SUV.

Linnen told investigators that he’d stopped a black man in an SUV who began shooting. He claimed the non-existent suspect was a tall, thin, black male. “He said the suspect was wearing a black hoodie with the hood up and had a gray t-shirt pulled up over the lower half of his face like a mask. He also described the suspect as having a high pitched voice and carried a silver revolver with a black handle,” WFMJ reports.

Naturally, after hearing a black man would dare shoot at one of their brothers in blue, the cops deployed in full force. Multiple innocent black men were subsequently detained for a significant amount of time—otherwise known as kidnapping.

This dragnet was rolled out by police and innocent people detained and kidnapped without a single shred of evidence presented by Linnen. Had an average citizen made a similar claim, rest assured that this would have been entered as a journal entry into a police notebook and may or may not have resulted in a patrol unit receiving it as an assignment. No dragnet would’ve happened and no lockdown.

Due to the massive police presence devoted to their brother in blue, however, this lying cop’s story began to unravel as evidence surfaced. The first evidence came in the form of surveillance cameras in the area. After launching a massive manhunt, police finally looked at the surveillance footage from nearby properties and never saw an SUV fitting Linnen’s description. According to some sources, not all U.S. personnel were hiding in bunkers and some were deployed to defend the base perimeter. Whatever may be the case, this adds yet another indication that the Iranian counter-strike was much more robust than originally reported by the Empire. In fact, Iranian sources indicate that following the strike, a number of wounded casualties were flown to Israel, Kuwait and Germany. Again, we will probably never find out the full truth about what happened that night, but two things are now certain:

1. The Iranian attack was extremely effective and it is undeniable that all the US/NATO/Israeli forces in the region are now exposed like sitting ducks waiting for the next Iranian strike.
2. Uncle Shmuel has had to dramatically under-report the real extent and nature of the Iranian counter-strike.

Now, let’s be clear about the quality of the warning the U.S. personnel had. We now know at the very least the following warnings were received:

1. Warning through the Iraqi government (whom the Iranians did brief about their intentions).

The newly released video is part of a lawsuit between Montelongo and the Modesto Police Department because after Montelongo underhand tossed the book, officer Dave Wallace tried to kill him. He fired a single shot into Montelongo’s abdomen, which has since caused and will continue to cause Montelongo a lifetime of suffering.

“It took us a while to get this video and reveal to the public because the defendants didn’t want it to be seen by the public,” said Montelongo’s attorney DeWitt Marcellus Lacy. “As a matter of fact they had marked this confidential and attorneys only we believe inappropriately.”

According to the police department, they responded to Montelongo’s home that night over a domestic dispute. Montelongo was reportedly in a heated argument with his mother and intoxicated. When officer Wallace showed up to the scene, he had his gun drawn.

As the body camera shows, Montelongo is standing in the doorway to his home holding an object on his side. That object was the book. He then tosses the book — underhanded — in Wallace’s direction and turns to go back inside. This would be a near-fatal mistake. Wallace then fires as Montelongo retreats, hitting him once in the abdomen, through his back.

As a graduate of “fine western universities”, I gradually learned (and am still learning) to avoid simplistic, black-and-white arguments. Academics think in more complex ways, make more nuanced arguments. One of the greatest contributions of the western academic world to the third world was, arguably, the introduction of complexities. The educated mind (receiver of an education paid for in money), and a mind that was not in fear, could make nuanced arguments, offer thoughtful analysis, not fall into the trap of black-and-white thinking.

As one who grew up in a fundamentalist environment, whose thinking was rigid and conditioned by violence and tension, the western university landscape opened my horizons. In a US academic environment single-pointed arguments that lacked depth could appear somewhat uneducated, (and who wants to appear uneducated unless he uses it as a tactic to deceive his enemy?).

But now I am discovering that the west has embraced fanaticism and one-sided arguments. It has embraced the backward unthinking mentality that cannot tolerate dissent or doubts. This is the same mentality adopted by fanatics and extremists the world over.

Gilens and Page’s analysis of the Unelected Plutocracy of America is on the money, but their understanding of the threat to America’s democracy does not consider foreign policy, which is partly, if not largely, in the hands of a foreign country—Israel. At the end of World War II in violation of the Atlantic Charter, between 12 and 19 million Germans were expelled from their long-established homes in East Prussia, Pomerania, Brandenburg, Silesia, Memel and the Baltic states, Danzig, Poland, Czechoslovakia (Sudetenland), Hungary, Yugoslavia, and Romania.  This mass expulsion of ethnic Germans from their homes was going on while the Nuremberg trials were prosecuting officials of the German Third Reich for mass deportations of Jews and Gypsies.  The allied expulsions of Germans exceeds in number the deportations by the Third Reich. Unlike the Israelis, the German government does not demand reparations for the dispossessed Germans. Instead of being compensated for their dispossession, the Germans pay compensation to the Jews, and the amount rises over time.

The number of Germans who died from the crimes inflicted on them during the expulsions rival the number of holocaust victims and is better documented.  Estimates are that 25% of German expellees died in the process.  That could be as many as 4,750,000. While as many as nearly 5 million German expellees were dying from the starvation, exposure, and murder that characterized their deportation, the French chief prosecutor at Nuremberg sanctimoniously declared deportations by the Third Reich to be “one of the horrors of our century.”

San Antonio, TX — If you believed the official story of how the San Antonio Police Department and federal law enforcement agents killed Randall Goodale while serving an arrest warrant earlier this month, you’d think the officers barely escaped with their lives and had no choice but to use lethal force. However, unlike the officers involved in the execution of Goodale, video captured on a nearby surveillance system does not lie.

On Jan. 13 police were serving Goodale with an arrest warrant for felon in possession of a handgun. Police claimed that when officers pulled up Goodale “started ramming into occupied police vehicles.”

At an interview on the scene of the crime that day, SAPD Chief William McManus did not stutter when he said, “Well, he was ramming the cars, for one. And there were officers in the vehicles whose lives were being threatened by that.”

But this simply wasn’t true at all. Goodale’s vehicle never rammed the cars until after cops killed him and he either fell on the gear shift or the accelerator. Also, the cops weren’t even in the vehicles.

What actually happened is clear from the video. Police are seen rolling up to Goodale, who was reportedly working on his truck in the driveway. Within seconds of arriving, police open fire on him.

Goodale is sitting in the driver’s seat but cannot be seen clearly in the video because the trailer blocks the camera’s view.
