up is down, and left is right, and we can all believe impossible things even before having breakfast, but in this piece you will discover that because one group is a problem another group must be punished;

because black people (and non-whites) commit so much gun violence in America, white people must surrender their 2nd Amendment rights. [America’s epidemic of gun violence is hurting our mental health, DailyUW.com, November 7, 2019]:..Because non-white people can’t stop shooting one another, our nation’s mental health is in jeopardy. Thus, white people must surrender their 2nd Amendment rights and give up their guns.
This is where the Left is in 2019 when it comes to gun violence and non-whites committing the bulk of the firearm crime in America.........http://www.unz.com/sbpdl/what-white-liberals-advocate-because-non-whites-commit-the-bulk-of-gun-violence-in-usa-causing-mental-health-problems-in-urban-communities-whites-must-surrender-the-2nd-amendment-rights/
california is where alice went to after falling into the rabbit hole as demonstrated by the link below;

it is illegal to eat a sandwich on your commute, and punishable by a $400 fine, but perfectly fine to defecate on a train in public if you just can’t help yourself. This explains the entire California system of government. Imagine lawmakers sitting around a table debating where people can eat and slapping a $400 fine on anyone who eats in the wrong areas but applying no punishments at all to crapping in public and spreading disease. Remember also that heroin addiction is mostly considered a medical condition in California, if not a disability. Look for that to be carved into stone soon............https://www.investmentwatchblog.com/priorities-san-francisco-where-its-ok-to-crap-in-the-streets-but-they-arrest-people-for-eating-on-a-bart-platform/
and the curious thing is they don't even try to camoflauge how much of a scum bag the new 'ruler is, either;

I just keep tripping on how dumb this latest US-backed military coup is. It’s in Bolivia in case you’ve lost track, which would be perfectly understandable since US-backed coups have become kind of like US mass shootings–there’s so many of them they’re starting to blend into each other.
I mean, for starters the justifications for this one are so cartoonishly reachy and desperate it boggles the mind a bit. The main argument you’ll see in favor of the coup is that Evo Morales was elected after Bolivia’s high court ruled that he could run for a fourth term, but the (democratically elected) court ruled against a 2016 referendum on presidential term limits.
That’s it. That weird, pedantic appeal to a particular interpretation of bureaucratic technicalities is the whole entire argument in support of a literal military coup backed by the United States.
And make no mistake, that’s exactly what this was: the military ousting a government is precisely the thing that a coup is. The coup’s Christian fascist leader Luis Fernando Camacho openly tweeted that the military was actively pursuing Morales’ arrest prior to the ousted leader’s escape to Mexico, a tweet he later deleted presumably because the admission makes it much harder to call this military coup anything other than the thing that it is. The Grayzone has published an article documenting this coup’s many ties to Washington. Put it all together, and you’ve got a US-backed military coup...........https://caitlinjohnstone.com/2019/11/14/no-no-you-guys-this-us-backed-coup-is-perfectly-legitimate/
america, the empire, is a circular firing squad in which no one is safe;

War drives the American police state.
The military-industrial complex is the world’s largest employer.
War sustains our way of life while killing us at the same time. As Pulitzer Prize-winning war correspondent and author Chris Hedges observes:
War is like a poison. And just as a cancer patient must at times ingest a poison to fight off a disease, so there are times in a society when we must ingest the poison of war to survive. But what we must understand is that just as the disease can kill us, so can the poison. If we don’t understand what war is, how it perverts us, how it corrupts us, how it dehumanizes us, how it ultimately invites us to our own self-annihilation, then we can become the victim of war itself.
War also entertains us with its carnage, its killing fields, its thrills and chills and bloodied battles set to music and memorialized in books, on television, in video games, and in superhero films and blockbuster Hollywood movies financed in part by the military. .........https://www.theburningplatform.com/2019/11/13/casualties-of-war-military-veterans-have-become-americas-walking-wounded/
this covers just one of almost uncountable reasons i won't go to walmart;

An apparent step-up of receipt and shopping bag checks at Walmart has sparked customer complaints, raising concerns about shoppers’ rights.
“It was not a request, it was a demand,” said Penny Rintoul of Vaughan, Ont., about a recent receipt check just before she exited Walmart with her purchases. She said her local Walmart increased its checks in the spring.
“It’s very angering and demeaning.”
The Canadian Civil Liberties Association (CCLA) said it’s investigating the practice of retailers doing routine security checks at the exit, concerned that the way they’re conducted may jeopardize customers’ rights.
Michael Bryant, CCLA’s executive director and general counsel, said retailers should get consent before checking receipts or bags. And if no consent is provided, he said, customers are under no obligation to comply.
“Their right is to say, ‘Thanks, but no thanks,’ and walk away,” said Bryant.
“Some people feel strongly about their privacy and, in fact, the way our laws work, that privacy and liberty is protected.”
In a 2016 ruling on a case involving a suspected shoplifter, an Ontario Superior Court judge wrote that a retailer can detain a suspect if there are reasonable grounds, but — even then — it would have to get consent to do a search.
Walmart didn’t directly address questions from CBC News about customers’ rights including what happens if shoppers refuse receipt checks. The retail giant also didn’t say if it has stepped up its security checks.
“To assist in our efforts to manage costs and offer everyday low prices, customers may be asked to show their receipts as they exit our store to ensure the checkout process went smoothly,” said Walmart Canada spokesperson Adam Grachnik in an email.
CBC News interviewed several customers who said they weren’t “asked,” and instead felt pressured to comply..............https://fromthetrenchesworldreport.com/treated-as-a-criminal-walmart-receipt-and-bag-checks-anger-customers-your-rights-explained/257240
pcr presents more evidence that there is no 'free press' but the true believers wouldn't accept this even if there were many more 'journalists' making the point;

Udo Ulfkotte’s amazing book, Gekaufte Journalisten (Bought Journalism) was published by Kopp Verlag in 2014. The book was a sensation and sold 1,500,000 copies in Germany, but no major US publisher would bring out an English translation. Finally, last month a small publisher, Progressive Press, published an English language edition titled Presstitutes Embedded in the Pay of the CIA.
Ulfkotte’s book destroys the illusion/delusion that there is anywhere in the Western world an independent press. Ulfkotte describes in detail the cognitive appropriation of journalists by elites. Journalists serve as propagandists and public relations agents for intelligence agencies, businesses, lobbying organizations, politicians, and US foreign policy. The function of journalism is to deliver to the people the explanations that serve the interests of elites and Washington’s foreign policy. This message was so effectively delivered to the German people that readership of the main German newspapers collapsed.
Ulfkotte describes how journalists are recruited when they are still students and find themselves indebted to and dependent on serving other interests than the truth. All from the lowest reporter to the highest editor to the owners of the news organization are caught up in enabling the elites to control the explanations. Ulfkotte names names and lists the organizations that bring journalists together with intelligence services and related think tanks, politicians, and foreign policy associations. Incestuous relationships between journalists, intelligence agencies, businesses, politicians, and US foreign policy aims are so pervasive that no one thinks anything of it..........https://www.lewrockwell.com/2019/11/paul-craig-roberts/there-is-no-such-thing-as-a-free-press/
hornberger gets it right as usual, and america's military hasn't fought to protect freedom, but to ensure control by 'our' government;

One of the sacred myths promulgated on Veteran’s Day by U.S. officials, especially those in the deep state (i.e., the Pentagon, the CIA, and the NSA), is that American soldiers have fought and died for freedom. It’s all false propaganda, however, as an examination of each foreign war in which U.S. soldiers have fought and died will easily show.
Joseph Ambrose, an 86-year-old World War I veteran, attends the dedication day parade for the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. He is holding the flag that covered the casket of his son, who was killed in the Korean War.
The Spanish-American War. That war had nothing to do with protecting the freedom of the American people. It was all about converting the United States into an empire, one with colonies, just like the Spanish Empire and British Empire. Thus, U.S soldiers who fought and died in the Philippines were simply trying to suppress the Philippine independence movement, which never threatened the freedom of the American people.
World War I. Germany never attacked the United States. The U.S. government intervened in a European war with the aim of “making the world safe for democracy” and in the hope that U.S. intervention would make this the world’s final war, both of which were extremely foolhardy goals. In any event, American freedom was never at stake.
World War II. Neither Germany nor Japan wanted war with the United States. President Roosevelt maneuvered and cornered Japan into attacking the United States in order to give him a “back door” to entering the European conflict. The sole aim of the Japanese was to knock out the U.S. fleet at Hawaii, in the hope of preventing U.S. interference with its seizure of oil fields in the Dutch East Indies to fuel its war machine in Korea. Japan was never going to try to invade and conquer the United States. Meanwhile, Germany could not even cross the English Channel to invade England. American freedom was never at stake.............https://www.fff.org/2019/11/13/americas-soldiers-did-not-fight-or-die-for-freedom/
