On October 30th, there was a panel discussion broadcast live on C-Span from the National Press Club and the Michael V. Hayden Center. The discussants were John Brennan, Michael McCabe, John McGlaughlin, and Michael Morrell. They all agreed with the statement by McLaughlin (former Deputy CIA Director) “Thank God for the ‘Deep State’”, and the large audience there also applauded it — nobody booed it. John Brennan amplified upon the thought, and there was yet more applause. However, that thought hadn’t been invented by McLaughlin; it instead had evolved recently in the pages of the New York Times. Perhaps the discussants had read it there. Instead of America’s ‘news’-media uncritically trumpeting what government officials assert to be facts (as they traditionally do), we now have former spooks uncritically trumpeting what a mainstream ‘news’-medium has recently concocted to be the case — about themselves. They’ve come out of the closet, about being the Deep State. However, even in that, they are lying, because they aren’t it; they are only agents for it.

In America, the Deep State ‘justifies’ itself in the ‘news’-media that it owns, and does so by falsely ‘defining’ what the “Deep State” is (which is actually the nation’s 607 billionaires, whose hired agents number in the millions). They mis-‘define’ it, as being, instead, the taxpayer-salaried career Government employees, known professionally as “the Civil Service.” (Although some Civil Servants — especially at the upper levels — are agents for America’s billionaires and retire to cushy board seats, most of them actually are not and do not. And the “revolving door” between “the public sector” and “the private sector” is where the Deep State operations become concentrated. Mainstream media has become nothing more than government propaganda outlets, as evidenced by NBC‘s obvious promotion of microchipping.  The media outlet is hailing the benefits of getting implanted with a microchip, negating the need for your wallet.

NBC‘s segment on microchipping began by pointing out that people who have taken the chip do not need to carry keys, ID, credit cards or money. It points out that embedding microchips in humans have long been a feature of dystopian fiction like Black Mirror, but that in Sweden “the microchips are already here.”

The piece also celebrates how the same contactless technology has “made cash pretty much obsolete in Sweden.” But it also opens the door wide for tyranny, tracking, mass surveillance, and ultimate government control. A Successful Coup Against Trump Will Murder American Democracy

President Trump calls it a witch hunt, but it really is a coup against American democracy. The Democrats who want Trump impeached don’t realize this. They just want Trump impeached because they don’t like him. The impeach Trump people don’t understand that if the coup against the elected president succeeds, every future president will know that if he attempts to “drain the swamp” or bring any changes not acceptable to the ruling elite, he, too, will be destroyed. Voters who want real change will also get the message and give up trying to elect a president or members of the House and Senate who will be responsive to voters. It will mean the end of democracy and accountable government. Unhindered rule by the Deep State and associated elites will take democracy’s place.

It is unfortunate that progressives do not understand this. Progressives want real change and Trump impeached, but these desires are at variance with one another.

Few, if any, of the impeach Trump crowd are paying any attention to the fabricated case against Trump that has taken the place of the Russiagate fabrication that failed. They could not care less what the case is or whether it is a fabrication. Dislike of Trump suffices.

Nevertheless, let’s look at the fabricated case.

First of all, the alleged whistleblower is not a legitimate whistleblower. He is Eric Ciaramella, a CIA officer with a second-hand complaint who met with House Intelligence (sic) chairman Adam Schiff a month ahead to orchestrate the event. Ciaramella served on Obama’s staff when VP Joe Biden was point man for Ukraine. My major in college was Western philosophy and, after graduation, at the suggestion of one of my professors, I took a position teaching English at a university in Shanxi province, China for the opportunity to immerse myself in a society informed by Eastern philosophy. I went for six months and stayed for two years. I left the US a naive, we-are-the-world, no-borders idealist and returned a hard-nosed, damn-there's-a-lot-of-people-here, post-immigration-epoch realist.

Back in the US, I began to look into the immigration numbers and was alarmed by what I found. I was even more disturbed by the seeming total lack of serious attention paid to such an important issue as immigration. I started a non-profit advocacy group called ProjectUSA with the stated mission of dragging the immigration issue into the center of public debate where it belonged. To that end we put up billboards advertising, for example, Census Bureau statistics on the impact of current immigration policy. There was a backlash, to put it mildly. Among those attacking me was a particularly nasty outfit out of Mobile, Alabama called the Southern Poverty Law Center.

Despite there being nothing at all racial about my work, the SPLC called the billboards racist and linked me to "Nazi atrocities". To the SPLC, my call for a time-out on immigration had to be motivated by racial concerns. That forced me to ask, if one's views on immigration are necessarily a racial matter, what are the SPLC's racial reasons for supporting mass immigration? The answer to that question opened my eyes politically.

I moved to Washington, DC, where for several years I continued my activism from an office on Capitol Hill. But after years of fighting that city’s own brand of corruption and deceit, made mosaics for a while, then moved to Baltimore. In Baltimore, at a surprising number of intersections, you will see young, able-bodied males panhandling among the cars waiting at the red lights. And even though Baltimore is a city where white males are only twelve percent of the population, they are almost one hundred percent of the panhandlers. It's a remarkable social phenomenon, really, and unlike anything I ever saw when I was their age. Curious, I began to pull over and get out of my car to talk to them.

The panhandlers were demoralized and mostly homeless. Some lived in group homes. Some lived with girlfriends or relatives. But, all of them were heroin addicts. In other words, they were all committing slow-motion suicide, numbing the pain as they marked time—selling their degradation, while they waited to die, to motorists stopped at the traffic lights of Baltimore. But their deaths don't count as suicides, according to official statistics-keepers, which makes the following statistic even more alarming: while white males are only 30 percent of the US population, we are, according to the Centers for Disease Control, a mind-blowing 70 percent of the nation's suicides.

It became obvious to me the country was experiencing a public health crisis, and it was getting virtually no attention. That led me to develop the Robinson Jeffers Boxing Club, a 13-week residency program combining healthy eating, exercise, and academic study including philosophy, literature, math, music, history, and, to help the men conceptualize a higher life, poetry. The core of the program was two hours of intensive boxing training every day but Sunday to help build self-respect, confidence, and brotherhood.

While the program was to be open to men in distress of any race, its focus was on the particular challenges unique to white males in modern America. A friend in DC thought the program was worth a try and had an empty 8000 sq ft grocery store in Lexington, Missouri available that he was willing to provide. So, a like-minded friend and I headed to Lexington to give it a shot. Unfortunately, we were shot dead in the water when a vicious hit piece on our effort was published January 24, 2018, by, once again, the Southern Poverty Law Center. AMERICANS WERE HORRIFIED to hear that President Donald Trump wanted to have U.S. forces at the U.S.-Mexico border charge migrants with bayonets or shoot them in the legs. Michael D. Shear and Julie Hirschfeld Davis at the New York Times reported that Trump wanted U.S. forces to fire on migrants as they sought to come into the country, aiming for their legs so as to injure but not kill them.

Trump has denied that he urged these courses of action, but the Washington Post was able to confirm the conversation with staffers (who objected that these steps would be illegal and who simply disregarded Trump’s instructions. Among those who pushed back was then-Secretary of Defense James Mattis, who is said to have insisted that U.S. troops not “interact” with the migrants in any way.)

The Jupiter-sized blind spot of U.S. media, however, managed to report on all this with horror without mentioning that this procedure, of shooting people massing on the border in the legs has over the past 18 months become the routine Israeli policy—so routine that the deaths and injuries inflicted by Israeli army snipers on largely peaceful Gaza Palestinian protesters no longer make the news for the most part in the United States.

Oh, you can find the carefully, clinically worded wire service reports on the Internet if you look for them, but they seem never to come on U.S. cable “news” and if they appear in newspapers at all they are buried in back pages. Reuters reported on Sept. 6, for instance:

Israeli forces shot and killed two Palestinian teenagers including a 14-year-old during protests along the Gaza-Israel border on Friday, Palestinian health officials said. They named the dead as Khaled Al-Rabai, 14, and Ali Al-Ashqar, 17. Seventy protesters were wounded, 38 of them by live fire, medical officials said.

But the longer version of the past two weeks of Israeli mayhem against the protesters, via the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, tells a more complete story. On Sept. 27 a Palestinian man was shot and killed by Israeli forces near the perimeter fence between Gaza and Israel. November 05, 2019 "Information Clearing House" -  Opposition politicians held talks with U.S. senators to destabilize Bolivia and organize a general strike after Evo Morales' victory.

 

The Radio Education Network of Bolivia (Erbol) leaked 16 audios involving opposition leaders who are calling for a coup d'etat against the government of President Evo Morales, a political action which would have been coordinated from the U.S. embassy in the Andean country .

Among those mentioned in the audios are the U.S. senators Marco Rubio, Bob Menendez and Ted Cruz, who have would maintained contact with the Bolivian opposition in order to achieve a possible regime change in the South American country.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
