i'd advance the possibility that it was the urge for gun control on the part of the new world order gang headed by the clintons in the nineties and branching out from there. both bush's, the clintons and sain't obama were/are all on the new world order train and have been working for total control that can't be achieved until the citizens of the empire are defenseless;
