giuliani is correct on this point as lawyers operate by presenting their clients point of view but this all seems to say that since those in charge were successful in suppressing the orange man's position, his lawyer then is guilty of false statements. this negates the job description of legal defense and makes room for after the fact persecution which this clearly is;
