D-3 is both a Vitamin and a pro-hormone. The latter means that D-3 is a precursor to your body making certain specific hormones.
D-3 also relates to your gut biochome and acetylcholine which is why a deficiency does so much harm in so many areas of the human body.
Colonic bacteria builds vitamin B. That is why bears can hibernate. The gut also makes short chain fatty acids which control appetite. Obese people have the wrong bacteria.
Pantothenic acid has been shown in the research literature to raise cortisol levels. It also appears to improve stress resiliency, acting as a modulating agent for adrenal function. Pantothenic acid is a precursor for acetyl coenzyme A production, a compound essential for the production of corticosteroid hormones.
Hint 1: People with sufficient Vitamins D-3 and K-2 are not likely to develop covid to a point where hospitalization and intensive care are needed.
