President Trump has revoked the special white house access privileges of CNN, MSNow and Politico.  Those outlets and all of the other self-centered media allies who make everything about themselves, have promised to file lawsuits.

The media claim that President Trump has removed their First Amendment rights by revoking their special White House access cards, seats on Airforce One and privilege tents on the white house grounds.  Apparently, if the media don’t get the luxuries of influence they claim their rights are removed – or something equally stupid.

Promethean Action PAC’s Susan Kokinda makes some good points in this video about President Trump’s decision to ban some media outlets from White House special access, and the price of diesel fuel.

No modern president has made himself more available, more open, more visible in every format than U.S President Donald Trump.  He literally takes the entire U.S. audience into every cabinet meeting, every Airforce One journey and every event with unscripted, impromptu remarks and open availability.  This is one of the reasons the media hate him so much.

President Trump makes the media irrelevant.  What do you need them for, when everything he does is right there for you to review entirely on your own.  It’s as if President Trump wears a livestreaming body camera.  However, this level of transparency and openness means the media guardians cannot easily fabricate or script events. With fewer opportunities to make up stuff, they get bolder with the outrageous examples of the things they do fabricate.

Second solid point surrounds diesel fuel.  For the past 30-years the same media that is now claiming a dire situation as a result of diesel fuel prices, are the same media who said diesel fuel was destroying the planet.  If their Paris Climate Policy advocacy was genuine, they would be celebrating a diesel shortage.  However, the Green New Deal has destroyed expanded diesel production, so now we are at a point where there is no excess production or capacity...........more.............

The Drone War

On Sunday, Ukraine launched a barrage of drone attacks on Moscow, killing civilians and damaging a vital refinery that supplies diesel, according to Russian officials. Russian state media said the military downed about 500 drones that approached Moscow, providing a glimpse into the magnitude of Ukrainian drone swarm attacks, which have been frustrating Russia all year. In total, the Russians say, Ukraine fired more than 1,000 drones in that one attack.

Ukraine’s weekend barrage came after intense Russian strikes on Kiev that also destroyed infrastructure and injured civilians, per reports.

Ukraine struck Russia just as Moscow was holding its version of elections. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky bragged about the attack in a social media post.  “Our long-range responses had a very significant impact in the Moscow region last night. One of Russia’s key oil industry facilities and the aggressor’s logistics facility were hit,” he said. “These are billions of dollars that sustain the war machine.”

On Monday, Russia retaliated with a wave of drone attacks of its own, this time on the southern Ukrainian city of Zaporizhzhia. It also hit carriers or port infrastructure in Odessa and Izmail. The day before, it hit a radio electronics plant and data center on Kiev, per the Russians.

Effect on Global Energy

The war’s effect on global energy prices appears to be the most important thing at the moment for U.S. President Donald Trump. The president is facing intense political backlash over rising fuel prices at home and abroad. “Russia has unfortunately lost control of its Diesel Oil Industry due to its War with Ukraine,” he said in a Truth Social post on Sunday. “A large number of their Diesel refineries have been blown up and are, at least temporarily, out of commission. This ridiculous and never ending War with Ukraine must be ended. The whole World suffers as 25,000 people, mostly soldiers, are being killed each month.”...........more..........

The charge is simple, and Donald Trump has built a very public demand on Kyiv around it: Ukraine’s strikes on Russian refineries are starving the world of diesel. Here is what that charge misses. Russia’s sour crude does not vanish when its refineries burn. It gets loaded onto tankers and sold, as crude, to India and China, whose refiners run it into diesel instead — Indian purchases of Russian crude have roughly doubled, Chinese ESPO imports keep climbing. The molecules keep moving; the refining simply relocates. What Ukraine destroys is Russia’s refining margin, not the world’s diesel supply.

Trump laid the accusation out on September 13, on his own golf course in Doonbeg, Ireland, two days after US diesel cleared six dollars a gallon for the first time in history. He had found the culprit. It was not Iran. It was not the Strait of Hormuz. It was Volodymyr Zelensky. Zelensky “has to stop knocking out diesel fuel in Russia,” Trump told reporters; he could “go after targets, but not diesel fuel.” And then, removing any ambiguity about where he was pinning the blame: the shortage “isn’t done by the Middle East.”

That last clause is the tell, and it is false. To see why, you have to understand two things Trump either does not grasp or is counting on you not to: what kind of crude Russia actually produces, and where the world’s diesel is really made.
