so what do you do when given a great suggestion;
WITHOUT ASKING QUESTIONS WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO DISPOSE OF BODY??
Put it in a suit and leave it at the entrance to Congress. Someone will wheel it in and give it the ability to decide on new laws.
