 outrageous ain't a big enough word to describe this failure to protect and serve;

A 65-year-old man who gunned down an armed thug in self-defense has been inexplicably charged by radical prosecutors.

Charles Foehner was threatened and backed into a corner by a disturbed 32-year-old man named Cody Gonzalez who intended to rob. He had no choice but to shoot the crazed young man after he lunged at him with a weapon.

Police authorities said the incident occurred in a driveway on 82nd Avenue in Kew Gardens at around 2 a.m. Wednesday.

Eyewitness News reviewed surveillance video showing a clear-cut case of self-defense on Foehner’s part. The tape first shows Gonzalez confronting the Foehner from roughly 40 feet away and reportedly demanding cash and cigarettes.

Foehner waves off Gonzalez in an apparent effort to warn him but the robber ignores Foehner and continues to saunter toward him. This causes the old man to draw his gun from 20 feet away according to Eyewitness News.

 the empire is inside out, and here is some evidence to reinforce that claim;

White privilege is a modern American dogma. Schoolchildren and adults are taught that whites have tremendous advantages in our society. One of those alleged advantages is leniency from the justice system. We’re told constantly that whites get easier sentences or no convictions at all for their many crimes—just because they’re white.

Reality, however, is very different. Increasingly, the justice system favors black defendants far more than white ones. This is especially true when it comes to interracial violence.

Two cases present the new reality in our justice system. One story is that of a white man sentenced to 10 years in jail for shooting a black man in self-defense. Another is that of a hung jury that refused to find two black defendants guilty of a white man’s murder they admitted to committing. These cases show the true face of American justice–and it’s in another universe from the Left’s fantasy world.

Ian Cranston and his fiancé, Allison Butler, were out at a bar in Bend, Oregon on the night of September 19th, 2021. A black man, Barry Washington Jr., aggressively hit on Butler. After multiple passes on his fiancé, Ian told Washington to “move along.” The incensed Washington attacked Cranston. Cranston, believing he was at risk of great harm, pulled out his gun and shot his attacker. The white man claimed he acted in self-defense. Prosecutors disagreed, arguing he shot Washington out of “wounded pride.” The prosecutors basically argued Cranston was a loser and should’ve accepted the black man’s aggressions.

The case, which had no real racial element involved, was instantly treated as a lynching by activists. Black Lives Matter marched for charges right after the shootingProsecutors leaned into this angle to try to deny bail for Cranston as he awaited his trial in 2022. “Cranston was motivated not by self-defense but by anger, hate, and frustration with the victim’s behavior,” the prosecution said in a motion to deny the defendant bail. It’s just indefensible to be angry and frustrated over being attacked by a much larger man harassing your fiancé.........more........

The global climate cult is getting ready to kick its war on food into overdrive with 13 nations – many of them major cattle and food-producing states led by the United States, Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Spain – signing onto a commitment to place farmers under new restrictions intended to reduce emissions of methane gas.

The Global Methane Hub announced in a May 17 press release that agriculture and environmental ministers and ambassadors from 13 countries, including the United States, have signed a commitment that pledges to reduce methane emissions in agriculture. The U.S. was represented by Biden’s climate czar, John Kerry.

What does this mean and why should you care? We’ll break it down.

According to the press release issued by these nations and posted at Global Methane Hub:

“Last month (in April 2023), the Global Methane Hub collaborated with the Ministries of Agriculture of Chile and Spain to convene the first-ever global ministerial on agricultural practices to reduce methane emissions. The ministerial brought together high-ranking government members to share global perspectives on methane reduction and low-emission food systems. The gathering led to a statement in which the nations committed to support efforts to improve the quality and quantity of, and access to, finance for climate change adaptation and mitigation measures in the agriculture and food sectors and to collaborate on efforts aimed at lowering methane emissions in agriculture and food systems.”

Conference participants included the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, Climate & Clean Air Coalition, Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture, the World Bank, the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development, and the Inter-American Development Bank........more..........
