What? you say? Isn’t it a war zone? Well, yes, but it looks like the war might end soon, and certainly with Russia keeping what it currently holds, and possibly a great deal more. However it comes out, this region will be very attractive for Westerners moving to Russia, a growing trend since Putin opened Russia to immigration from Europe and North America.
