Asking people to keep an open mind about the Hamas attacks inside Israel on 7 October is akin to asking you to hold your breath for ten minutes. Near impossible. But here goes. No one is denying (at least no one who is sane) that Hamas launched an attack that caught the Israelis completely by surprise. The Hamas plan was simple and clear — 1) attack and destroy Israeli military facilities on or near the border of Gaza and 2) capture as many hostages as possible and return them to Gaza to be used as bargaining chips. The Hamas operation was as successful as it was shocking.

In my judgment this was not a false flag. This was a Government of Israel goat fuck — i.e., key Israeli military and intelligence officials ignored clear warnings that Hamas was going to attack. The Hamas attack stunned Israel by its ferocity and severely damaged Israels carefully cultivated reputation for being the best with intelligence and military readiness. Israel was humiliated. In the immediate aftermath of the attack, Israeli officials realized that key military installations and some kibbutzim had been over run and took drastic steps to regain control. Those steps, according to evidence presented in the two following articles and one video, is that Israel hit targets without regard for the fate of Israeli hostages and caused the deaths of both Hamas fighters and hostages.
