TULKAREM – A Jewish settler on Friday attacked an old Palestinian farmer while he was working in his land in the village of Shoufa in the West Bank city of Tulkarem.

The Palestinian citizen Tayseer Hamed told the Palestinian news agency, WAFA, that his 65-year-old brother Ibrahim Hamed was brutally beaten by the guard of the illegal settlement of Avnei Hefetz, protected by a group of Israeli soldiers.
