been working on this piece for some time intending to send it to my local electronic fishwrap. it may go there as well some time a few months out, because i'm limited to publishing there on two month intervals, but for now it comes to you here. i have a piece focused on iran i'm sending them at the end of this month when i'm again allowed entry into their electronic air waves;

“Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we.”  Bush the second
“Lies beget other lies, and pretty soon unbiased intelligence-gathering, rational analysis and proper mission planning become impossible. … a reputation for telling the truth can only be lost exactly once, and from then on the use of the phrase “US intelligence sources” became synonymous with “a conspiracy of barefaced liars.”” “Whatever message Washington and Western mass media are trying to push, a perfectly valid response is to point out all the times they have lied in the past, and to pose a simple question: When did they stop lying?” Dmitry Orlov
George Orwell defined “doublethink” in his book 1984: “To know and not to know, to be conscious of complete truthfulness while telling carefully constructed lies, to hold simultaneously two opinions which canceled out, knowing them to be contradictory and believing in both of them, to use logic against logic, to repudiate morality while laying claim to it, To tell deliberate lies while genuinely believing in them, to forget any fact that has become inconvenient, and then, when it becomes necessary again, to draw it back from oblivion for just as long as it is needed, to deny the existence of objective reality“. “The necessary corollary from this state of mind is that only appearances matter, not reality”.
‘Consumers’ are zombified ideological drones who believe any officially declared nonsense: they’re cowards without the courage to condemn that which they must know to be false. Foreign aggression and hypocrisy have become the two essential pillars for the survival of the AngloZionist Empire. ‘Our’ Empire is built and maintained on lies, accepted on the basis of ignorance, justified by hypocrisy and energized by hysterics. This is what the Empire stands for nowadays. The sad reality is that the majority of ‘consumers’ accept this and sees no reason to condemn it, never mind doing something about it. That’s why “they” got away with 9/11 and why “they” will continue to get away with future false-flags because ‘consumers’ realize, on some level, that they’re being lied to and yet they show no concern because the Empire continues to supply their diversions.
The slogans of 1984; “war is peace, freedom is slavery, ignorance is strength” fit our world perfectly. People who elect corrupt politicians aren’t victims but accomplices. America’s wars never end in victory but continue into infinity, so few ‘consumers’ take any notice of them.
Nuremberg judges rejected the ‘following orders defense’ as illegitimate. ‘Our’ government says it’s a legitimate defense for American officials who violate international law to claim they were just following orders.
Americans are told that their liberties are under attack and that the pentagon is defending them abroad. The only entities who’ve taken anybody’s freedoms are in ‘our’ government and they enjoy every war they see, regardless of the consequences for others. ‘Our’ government has removed much of the bill of rights in the name of protecting us.
The fourth and fifth amendments have been removed without protest. They’re working on removing the first and second amendments now. Just doing ‘your’ job is the refrain: We don’t make the law, we only enforce it. The gestapo or KGB would have said the same. Tyranny is here with indefinite detention on suspicion without evidence or conviction, execution on suspicion alone without due process of law, and universal spying and searches without warrants?
You can’t speak about any ‘minority’, including Israel, without being condemned as racist. Any points you make are rejected while you’re attacked for failure to support ‘minorities’. Freedom of speech exists until ‘our’ government decides they don’t like something you say. Many people are unable to draw a distinction between ‘our’ government and the country. In their minds, they’re the same thing.
Governments use broadcasting to promote their goals: not to inform ‘consumers’. Using the ForeignAgentRegistrationAct on Russian networks advances the ongoing erosion of freedom of the press in the Empire by establishing the precedent that a foreign news services that’s critical of the Empire won’t be tolerated. It’s hypocritical because countries like Israel that interfere regularly in American politics are exempt from FARA registration because no one dares to be bold, while Russia is fair game. American moves against RT to promote the Russian “threat” display the dysfunction that prevails in America’s ‘democratic’ process. I keep hearing that ‘our’ government has “indisputable” proof of Moscow’s intentions to subvert ‘democracy’ in the Empire but real evidence is never presented.
It’s pitiful to see RT so feared by the trillion dollar ad network the oligarchs created. Now they have Google, Twitter, Facebook, congress, cyberwarfare companies, the technocrats, universities, and God knows who else, all attempting to diminish the tiny voices of dissent.
What happens when the Empire’s ‘news’ outlets become conveyor belts for warmongering propaganda? That’s a question that ‘consumers’ face as the entire mainstream media hype ridiculously minor allegations about Russia’s “meddling” in American politics into front-page hysteria. It’s curious this ‘interference’ wasn’t discovered until the hildabeest lost the ‘election’ and, considering her demand that hurricane Trump must accept the ‘election’ result, she hasn’t.
We’ve witnessed a stampede like that preceding the second Iraq War. The few dissenters who questioned the groupthink were ignored or dismissed as “Saddam apologists. The big difference between Iraq in 2003 and Russia now, is that as terrible as the Iraq invasion was, it’s nothing considering the potential for nuclear war that could lie at the end of this latest hysteria. The ‘fake news’ boogeyman is the road to the ministry of truth.
We have official fake news, ‘approved’ dissent, we’re told unemployment is at record lows, inflation is near zero, the ‘recovery’ is alive and Russia is the enemy: any suggestion to the contrary is propaganda that must be eradicated as fake news, etc. Government sells an increasingly illogical and totally one-sided agenda.
The TV tells you that NGO’s are independent but they’re actually closely linked to the Empire and function as agencies of the machine. Blaming Muslims in the European migrant crisis or Mexicans here, is like blaming cattle for a stampede, and ignoring cowboys driving them. American funded NGO’s contribute to the migrant flow in Europe and America interferes in Europe to continue military control there.
America says it gives the world democracy lessons but who believes America has honest and democratic elections? ‘Hacking Democracy’ is a good documentary covering that. We interfere in the internal affairs of other nations while our own internal affairs are a mess. We’ve become the wrong side.
“Your failure to be informed does not make me a whacko.”  John Loeffler
Uninformed mob rule runs America. Freedom of speech is guaranteed if you have the money. The media’s agenda is to keep you uninformed and quiet. They bow to a very vocal minority.
America arms the world and then invades them because they’re armed.
Never once, when NATO troops intervened, have the official reasons for the war been shown to be true, against Afghanistan in the attacks of 9/11, or Iraq with Hussein’s alleged support for 9/11 terrorists and WMDs, or Libya bombing its own people, or in Syria. And never once has the overthrow of a government ever put an end to these wars. They all continue without interruption, no matter who is in power.
Bush the second once said “If the American People knew what we do here in government, they’d hang every last one of us. Fortunately for us, the American People are just stupid, ignorant sheep. They believe what we tell them and they do what we tell them.” Bush the first said “if the American people knew what they did the people would string us up on lampposts”.
Name a country where the views of the majority of its people are truly represented in the policies of their governments? If the majority is clearly not in power, then who is? ‘Our rulers’ have played a simple trick on us all: they managed to focus our attention on the many cases in history when minorities were oppressed by majorities but completely obfuscated the numerous cases where minorities oppressed majorities. America has become the uncontested leader in the art of using national minorities to make trouble and overthrow a disobedient regime.
‘Consumers’ hear discussion of minorities focusing on visions of hammers and sickles, smoking crematoria chimneys, chain gangs, lynch mobs, etc. This is basic primitive conditioning. Engineered events such as the Charlottesville riot only further reinforce this type of mass conditioning. This is deliberate and effective. As a result, any criticism, even just perceived criticism, of a minority immediately triggers outraged protests.
In Switzerland “the people” are described as “the sovereign”. This is an accurate description of the status of citizens in a real democracy: they’re “sovereign” in the sense that nobody rules over them. In America the real sovereign of the Empire are the corporations, the deep state, the Neocons, the plutocracy, bankers, the Israel Lobby: anybody but you. Oppose them and you may be labeled a ‘sovereign citizen’ which is an oxymoron cause you can’t be part of a system, a citizen, and independent at the same time, effectively.
Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn’t go away.” Philip K. Dick
The thought of living without free markets, globalization, credit default swaps, corporate mission statements, fragmentation bombs, Wal-Mart, mountaintop removal and the iPod is just too much for ‘consumers’ to bear. It’s a wonder anyone can sleep at night as we spread our wisdom through the world. The military-industrial complex wins, no matter the front man in the White House. Bill Hicks used to say that every new president is shown footage of the Kennedy assassination from an angle no one has ever seen before. He is then asked, “Any questions, Mr. President?” I think something like this must be true. ‘Consumers’ are distracted by the new war or TV show.
We rape, murder and rob around the world and are furious when we see others who may become competition for those pursuits. The best way to honor our fallen soldiers is to stop creating so many of them in war for the rich man.
“God created war so that Americans would learn geography” Mark Twain
