The sharp exchange of words between President Trump and former President Medvedev underscores just how dangerous the deteriorating relations between the US and Russia have become.

The threats being promulgated are not idle ones.

President Trump has become enthralled with the Israeli “Nasrallah” solution—leadership decapitation and middle management disruption designed to bring about the rapid collapse of a government/system.

It was tried—and failed—in Iran.

But Trump is being advised by Russophobes who believe that the US can successfully implement such a plan against Russia.

This plan begins with sanctions, as all such plans do.

It ends with a decapitation strike on Moscow.

Trump’s imagined conversation with Putin, where he threatened to “bomb the sh*t out of Moscow”, is indicative of the President’s thinking in this regard...........more........

George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley appeared on the Sean Hannity show this week and talked about the latest revelations about the Deep State plot against Trump.

While Turley touched on a number of points, he really hit it out of the park when he talked about why the liberal media is largely ignoring or dismissing the story.

He correctly suggests that the media can’t report on this story without admitting that they were essentially co-conspirators.

We always knew, not always, but we knew earlier, in July 2016, Brennan briefed Obama to say that Hillary Clinton, uh, was planning to create a Russian collusion, uh, scandal for Trump to distract from her email scandal. He briefed the president on that, and then months later, he played a critical role in overruling CIA analysts and including the Steele dossier. We also know that the Clinton campaign lied to the media, denied they had funded the Steele dossier, and indeed hid that funding as legal expenses by Mark Elias, the general counsel at that time of the Clinton campaign..........more.......

We’ve never lived through such rapid change in the politics of Israel as we are now. Two nights ago more than half of Democratic senators – 27– voted to block some arms sales to Israel. A day before that, the UK and Canada said they will recognize a Palestinian state at the U.N, echoing France’s recent statement. 

These are steps that advocates for Palestinians thought might be years away. But today the world is shocked by Israel’s starvation of Gaza, and the mainstream press is at last reporting the charge of genocide.  

Israel’s international isolation has begun. 

These political changes were driven by the street. For years, Israel’s favorability has been sliding in global opinion and in the U.S. among Democratic voters. But party leaders defied the shift — and then Zohran Mamdani won the NY primary for mayor last month, in a groundswell that overwhelmed Cuomo’s $25 million in negative ads. A poll shows that nearly four of five Democrats in NY say Israel is committing a genocide. And Trump’s base is catching up. “My people are starting to hate Israel,” Trump reportedly warned a “Jewish donor”.
