i watched a video with scott ritter yesterday in which he made the case that the trump doesn't want to end the ukie war, and it made some sense in how he described it all, and so we have the trump speaking of things the russians said no way we'll accept that;

I have been wondering if the Trump regime’s peace negotiations are sincere.  The plan revealed by Trump’s envoy Keith Kellogg indicates that the negotiations are not sincere.  Putin, Lavrov and Security Council Secretary Shoigu, the former Minister of Defense, have all made it clear that NATO troops in Ukraine are unacceptable and could result in World War III.  So why has Kellogg supported, or arranged, a joint statement by the foreign ministers of France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, and the UK pledging “robust security guarantees for Ukraine,” consisting of “a coalition of air, land, and maritime reassurance forces that could help create confidence in any future peace and support the regeneration of Ukraine’s armed forces.”  This is certainly not the de-militarization of Ukraine that the Kremlin requires, and protection by NATO forces is the same as being a member of NATO.

Putin has brought this upon Russia by his and his foreign minister’s continuous bleating for a negotiated settlement. For more than three years Putin has avoided a military victory.  The explanation I offer is that he saw in the conflict what he thought was an opportunity to use it to reach a great power settlement, like the mutual security agreement with the West that he and his foreign minister tried to achieve during December 2021 and February 2022.  .........more...........

A year ago if you were to mention anything about the “great replacement theory” in a public arena you would be immediately attacked by a mob of progressives as a “white nationalist” and a xenophobe.  Keep in mind that western nations are the only nations in the world that are expected to embrace open immigration.  No other culture on the planet deals with such demands.  No other group is criticized so egregiously for refusing to accept foreign invasion.

Leftists view open borders as a tool to further their ideological goals of “multiculturalism”, the destruction of western civilization, and yes, a way to make America less white.  They’ve been saying this openly in the media for years, and they also openly admit that accelerating demographic changes are about “power and shifting government policy”.

Though “whiteness” is often treated more like a cultural bi-product than a mere matter of skin color (most of the people that perpetuate the white privilege narrative are white leftists), it’s perfectly fair to point out that the far-left is rabidly intent on importing as many non-white people as possible into the US and Europe, and they treat the idea of white refugees with disgust........more...........

 the orange man has given the court system lots of job security;

The days of rogue district court judges hijacking executive authority may finally be numbered. On Thursday, the Supreme Court is set to hear arguments in a consolidated case, Trump v. CASA, which challenges lower court rulings that blocked President Trump’s executive order ending birthright citizenship for children born in the U.S. to illegal immigrants. Despite the constitutional authority granted to the executive branch on immigration matters, three district judges issued sweeping nationwide injunctions halting the order. Now, the highest court may have the chance to rein in judicial overreach and restore balance between the branches of government.

Since President Trump began his second term, liberal judges have weaponized nationwide injunctions against his administration an astonishing 17 times in just the first few months — and that’s only counting through late March 2025. This is nothing new, of course.

Even Newsweek seems to believe that the court will side with the Trump administration.
