As the ‘Trump Tornado’ is forcefully rearranging things all over Europe, there’s a justified expectation about the Donald J. Trump administration’s reaction to the ill-disguised push for censorship in the upcoming ‘Online Safety Act.’

As of now, Tech companies, including Elon Musk’s X and Google, have warned businesses could leave the PM Keir Starmer’s leftist experiment in Britain over the cost of funding the online safety crackdown.

Google said the fees charged to internet companies will drive services out of the UK, while X says it will ‘disincentivize’ global companies from entering the British market.

The Telegraph reported:

“Ofcom [British Office of Communications] has laid out plans to raise around £70m a year to cover the costs of enforcing the new laws, which take effect in the coming months. They will require tech companies to introduce age checks and limit exposure to harmful content. The bill would almost entirely be borne by the largest five providers – believed to be Meta, Google, Microsoft, Apple and TikTok – [that] would face charges equal to 0.02pc of global revenue.”.........more........

President Donald Trump immediately addressed the media’s latest fixation on skyrocketing egg prices, a crisis they’ve been quick to blame on his recent return to the White House.

As Trump arrived at Palm Beach International Airport on Sunday en route to the Daytona 500, he was immediately questioned by reporters about the record-high egg prices, a topic that has been sensationalized by media outlets looking to blame his administration.

“Well, there’s a flu. Before I got here, it was already at an all-time high,” Trump said.

“I’ve been here for three weeks. I have had nothing to do with inflation. This was caused by Biden. I had four years of virtually no inflation. So I’m just taking over. But I’ll tell you what, this country has made more progress in the last three weeks than it’s made in the last four years, and we’re respected again as a country.”

Parents armed with verbal pitchforks and torches sent woke administrators cowering away at a school board meeting in New York state Tuesday night.

The parents of Penfield Central School were outraged that the school had exposed young children to an obscene book titled “The Rainbow Parade” by Emily Neilson, according to the U.K.’s Daily Mail.

The book is about a young girl and her two moms attending a pride parade. Among the illustrations included are two men in bondage gear holding hands, alongside other queer spectacles.

The controversy arose after a kindergartener reportedly came home with the book, which is available in the school’s library, according to RochesterFirst.com.

I enjoy Kevin ‘Sid‘ Hassett very much.  He was awesome in Trump’s first term as an economic advisor, and he’s even better in term two as the Director of the National Economic Council (NEC).

When the people who controlled Joe Biden lost the 2024 election, they were angry.  They wanted to leave President Trump with as big a mess as possible and all actions were taken to create chaos that Trump would have to deal with.  Intellectually honest people noticed.

Part of their chaos operation was to drive up the cost of food, intentionally create inflation that Trump would have to handle.  The “bird flu” issue was part of the plan.  After the 2020 election the U.S. Dept of Agriculture ordered millions of chickens to be killed.  Simple quarantine process was dismissed in favor of a ridiculous slaughter.

During a CBS interview today, Margaret Brennan asked Kevin Hassett what the Trump administration was going to do about food inflation, and specifically the astronomical cost of eggs.  Hassett outlined the plan by first reminding Brennan that regarding spread, chickens don’t fly; ducks and geese do.  I almost spit out my coffee.  I enjoy Kevin Hassett.........more.........
