 joel salatin, large in the real food movement, has some suggestions;

With the national health crisis, food debauchery, and farm exploitation suddenly jumping to headlines via RFK, Jr., numerous people have offered solutions but nothing I’ve seen truly gets to the heart of the problem.

Recently RFK, Jr. gave his recipe but in general, it’s yet another request for government intervention in these fields (pun intended). Capping drug prices, prohibiting research grants from going to people with conflicts of interest, and reforming crop subsidies to incentivize healthier alternatives all sound nice. Eliminating SNAP (formerly food stamps) from being spent on high fructose corn syrup drinks ($9 billion annually) sounds good too.

Who can disagree with requiring nutrition courses in medical schools and demanding government research grants go toward holistic and alternative health approaches? All of this sounds good in theory, but how? Goodness, we now have official government findings that Cheerios and Fruit Loops are more nutritious than beef. Who is going to make the kinds of U-turns within the bureaucracies that such changes would require?

I remember well when President Obama was elected and Michelle put a garden on the White House lawn. My friends in the organic farming community thought the country would enter ecological farming nirvana…until someone said, “Remember, 10 miles of USDA offices will not change.” Therein lies the Achilles’ heel of all this nice-sounding rhetoric.

Epoch Times carried a full-page column by pediatric Dr. Joel Warsh last week titled “America’s Health Crisis: Expanding on RFK Jr.’s Plan to Make America Healthy Again.” As much as his thoughts may sound good, they still suffer from the same old government interventionist mindset. He wants a “National Emergency Declaration of Health.” Can you imagine the wrangling, jet fuel, focus groups, and lobbying that would occur with such an initiative?.........more........

 international law doesn't exist anymore. the empire is evil. prove me wrong;

In the final few days before the 2024 presidential election in the United States, prominent agencies and officials with the United Nations are warning – again – of the horrors unfolding in Gaza.

They are describing the situation with what should be alarming language, perhaps even for a complicit Democratic administration funding the carnage. “The darkest moment of [the] Gaza conflict is unfolding”; the “entire population of north Gaza is at risk of dying”; “nowhere is safe in Gaza”; and this is “an attempt to erase Palestinians from history.”

Historian and analyst Assal Rad, who compiled these warnings, notes: “UN agencies are shouting from the rooftops about Israeli atrocities while the US ignores them.”

Simultaneously, prominent Israeli politicians are pushing for a return of settlers to Gaza in violation of international law.

An editorial last week in the Israeli newspaper Haaretz asks if Israel has “begun implementing the program of siege and starvation advocated by Maj. Gen. (res.) Giora Eiland, often called ‘the Generals’ Plan.’”

The editorial adds: “For cabinet members who view the war as a historic opportunity to return to the Gaza Strip, Eiland’s plan is the silver platter on which renewed Jewish settlement in the Strip will be served.”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told the US Congress in July that “Israel does not seek to resettle Gaza.” But his Likud party certainly does support settlements and Netanyahu can be expected to change his stated position on Gaza settlements if his governing coalition is at stake.............more.........

we have a national fiction saying we follow the rule of law but the evidence is to the contrary;

Today I had a long conversation with one of my oldest friends, who happens to believe that Donald Trump poses a grave threat to democracy.

 I asked him the following question:

“Do you believe that we are currently living in a democracy as defined by the Articles of the U.S. Constitution for representative government?”

“Yes,” he replied.

“Then who is currently holding the executive power as defined by Article II?” I asked. After some gentle prodding, he admitted that it does not seem to be Joe Biden. However, he hastened to add that I was being too legalistic in my argument.

To understand what I mean, let’s review two key passages of Article II.

The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same Term …

In Case of the Removal of the President from Office, or of his Death, Resignation, or Inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of the said Office, the Same shall devolve on the Vice President ….....more.........

 the empire is indeed, evil;

Israel teeters at the edge: it will not be able to impose itself over the plurality of resistance that it faces.

Centuries ago a boy was born. His parents understood that he had a remarkable fate before him which reflected the Will of the Great Shaman. His hair was light, his eyes were light green, and his skin was pale. It seemed obvious that he enjoyed divine favour. But then, one day, the boy’s father – a figure of standing – was killed. The family thus became unprotected, and nomads smashed the remains of his home. They made him a slave. They put wooden stocks over his legs so that he could not walk. He lived like a dog, and grew up like a dog, chained outside, eating rotten food, freezing on winter nights, wishing for death.

Death however spared him. When finally he did escape, his psyche was tortured. The voices inside his head; the screams of his father; the scorching fire; his mother being tortured and killed; All whispered, just destroy everything that is in your way, and these memories will be purged.

But they weren’t. His army killed millions. Nonetheless, he founded a nation of more than one million vassals. He expurgated all concepts of tribal loyalty and old identities for obedience to his State.

He did all this with a tiny army; no more than 100,000. His name comes down to us today as Genghis Khan.

What has this to do with today’s war in the Middle East? Well, firstly we have moved – in this American-facilitated Israeli war – to ‘war without limits’. The rules of war have been evicted; human rights have been discarded; international law has been shed; and the UN Charter is no more. And, as it expands, anything goes – children in Gaza decapitated by bombs, Gaza’s hospitals bombed, and the continuous displacement and massacre of civilians..........more.........

Yes, I'd like a wake-up call.

Make friends with a conspiracy theorist.

You'll need them to understand what's

about to happen.

 pcr tells you that the holohoax story is beginning to unravel which is probably why its illegal to question the tale;

The Holocaust Narrative Is Protected but Apparently Unraveling

Paul Craig Roberts

Walt King documents in the  Unz Review, the inability of historians and chemists to find evidence that substantiates the Zionist narrative of the Holocaust.  https://www.unz.com/article/auschwitz-six-facts-and-seven-questions/

Apparently, there is scant  evidence  uncovered by any researcher that supports the Holocaust narrative.  Historians such as David Irving can document massacres of Jews, but they appear to be ad hoc operations, not an organized program.  As European historians are not permitted to investigate the Holocaust and report their findings, it is difficult to know whether the narrative is an imposition due to the ability of Zionists to weaponize European law or evidence-based.

The German military  in 1940 totaled 6 million, including army, air force, navy and Waffen-SS.  It required a vast military bureaucracy, enormous transportation facilities and fuel, enormous expense to move these troops.

It would have required an enormous bureaucracy, enormous transportation and fuel, and enormous expense to accumulate 6 million Jews from all over West and East Europe and the large area of Russia under German occupation, and send them to be exterminated at great energy cost and non-military use of soldiers greatly outnumbered on the Russian front.   The Germans had no such capability.  The Germans had to use horses to move their artillery. In the last month of 1941 and first month of 1942, the German Army lost 180,000 horses on the Russian front.  Wikipedia reports that “the German Army entered World War II with 514,000 horses, and over the course of the war employed, in total, 2.75 million horses and mules . . . Most of these horses were employed by foot infantry and horse-drawn artillery troops that formed the bulk of the German Army throughout the war.  Of 264 divisions active in November 1944, only 42 were armored or mechanized.” .........more.........

 pcr is spot on;

When Evil Is Allowed  In, Evil Stays

Paul Craig Roberts

On two previous occasions Israel sent its vaunted army into southern Lebanon only to be driven out by the Arab militia, Hezbollah, operating without tanks, without an air force, without air defense.   It appears that it has now happened again.  Israel has been stopped cold on the ground, causing the Israeli defense minister to announce an end to the ground operations.  The Israeli Army is only good at killing women and children from the air, as in Gaza.

Israel’s war against Hezbollah has been replaced with Israeli air strikes against civilian residential areas in Beirut, which provides more evidence that the only function of the Israeli military is to murder women and children from the air.  The obvious conclusion is that the Israeli military doesn’t fight; it commits war crimes against civilians.

The reason civilian neighborhoods in Beirut, the capital of Lebanon and not Hezbollah territory, are being destroyed from the air is that Iran and Russia permit it by not providing air defense systems to Lebanon.

Iran and Russia are “maintaining peace” by permitting Israel to slaughter Lebanese women and children and destroy schools and hospitals from the air.

It is a paradox that Washington, Putin, and Iran are equally indifferent to Israel’s slaughter from the air of civilians in Gaza and civilians in Lebanon. Any one of the three countries could stop the murder of civilians, but not one of them will do anything..........more........
