Helmuth von Moltke, a 19th Century German Field Marshall, is credited with the aphorism, “no plan survives contact with the enemy”.  The essence of his observation is this — no matter how meticulously you plan a military operation, you must be prepared to adjust on the fly based on what is happening on the battlefield. Planning is a dynamic, not a static set of unit maneuvers and rules of engagement.

Which brings me to some observations about the U.S. and NATO plans at the outset of the Russian “Special Military Operation” in Ukraine (aka “invasion”). There was an awful lot of hope undergirding the West’s plan to topple Putin and break up Russia. The West bet heavily on the “hope” that the Ukrainian Army was better trained, equipped and led than their Russian counter parts. That turned out not to be true. Russia, with a numerically inferior force, quickly knocked out key military infrastructure in the early days of the war, which included radars, air fields, air defense systems and aircraft. Western planners apparently did not realize that the ability of Ukrainian pilots to target Russian combat aircraft hinged on a ground radar system that Russia obliterated within the first 24 hours of the attack..........more.......

 i know. you think that because we're not sending our military to the front line in the ukie adventure that we're not at war, but here you learn different bits of evidence showing that its only a matter of time till it all makes a large noise in the middle of the night;

First the backdrop.  Let us not pretend a confluence of events do not all go in one direction.

U.S. troops are conducting military exercises in eastern Moldova {link}.  The CIA and State Department are the operational mechanism for all Ukraine military operations, and in total control of the Ukraine government {link}.  American contracted mercenary troops operating in Ukraine are being treated at U.S. military hospitals in Germany {link}.  U.S. military operations are flying drone missions above Ukraine, and U.S. satellites are coordinating the battlespace.  Additionally, the U.S. is sending Abrams tanks, F-16 fighter jets along with support and training teams, and long-range missile launching systems into Ukraine. {link}

For all intents and purposes, the U.S driven NATO military forces are already actively engaged in Ukraine.

Simultaneously, the Dept of Defense {link} and CIA {link} have announced the deployment of advanced artificial intelligence operations for U.S. internet systems. That creation aligns with the Dept of Homeland Security organizing “homeland intelligence experts” {link} to control and monitor public information and shape U.S. public opinion.  All of this is happening under the guise of national security.  We have the COVID-19 backdrop to identify the public-private partnership approach to controlling information.  This same process can easily be deployed to cover Ukraine sensitive content.

There’s your backdrop with citations.  Now, given all of that, doesn’t the alignment of the demonstrable datapoints all flow in one unilateral direction?

The United States is the most dangerous nation among industrialized states, and increasingly more dangerous than much of the developing world. As violent crime soars, our criminal justice system has revealed itself unable and unwilling to respond.

This year it was announced that the national murder clearance rate, which tracks arrests of suspects but not necessarily convictions, has dropped below 50%, the lowest in history. This figure represents a remarkable and system-wide failure, especially when leaps in forensic science and investigative techniques are taken into account. When we contrast the US with nations suffering from a comparable race and crime problem, such as the United Kingdom, we find that only 20% of murderers escape accountability. In the rest of Western Europe, the clearance rate seldom dips below 80%, while relatively homogenous nations like Finland arrest a homicide suspect in close to 100% of cases.

It’s common knowledge that a disproportionate number of homicides in America amount to blacks killing blacks, but recent years have seen a dramatic rise in interracial homicides as well.

According to data tracked by the National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS), black on white homicides rose from a total of 2299 in 2019 to 2914 in 2021, a jump of more than 20%. The timing is not a coincidence, interracial murder rate instantly spiked in 2020 following the implementation of policing and prison reforms after the George Floyd riots, as well as the media’s dedication to overtly demonizing white people.

The latest NIBRS data is not a product of natural progression. The 2020 and 2021 numbers have no modern equivalent. In 1995, the last time interracial murders exceeded the current rate, 3072 whites were killed by blacks. Though this figure only slightly exceeds the current interracial murder rate, the media covered crime far more aggressively 26 years ago, which is part of the reason why promoting law and order used to be a political consensus........more........

New York Rep Jaamal Bowman's office sent out a damage control memo urging Democrats to talk about "Nazi members" of the GOP to deflect from the fact he got caught pulling a fire alarm to allegedly delay a House vote on averting a government shutdown.

Driving the news: Democratic staffers were transfixed and bewildered by a messaging memo that Bowman's office sent out on Monday afternoon --before restricting access to it seven minutes later.

- The memo, a copy of which was obtained by Axios, included a list of nine suggested talking points, including: "I believe Congressman Bowman when he says this was an accident. Republicans need to instead focus their energy on the Nazi members of their party before anything else."

- Soon after sending the memo in a Google Doc, access was restricted "as it was leaked to reporters," with Bowman's office urging staffers who want messaging to reach out directly, according to emails viewed by Axios.

What he's saying: "I just became aware that in our messaging guidance, there was inappropriate use of the term Nazi without my consent," Bowman said in a post on the social media site X.

"I condemn the use of the term Nazi out of its precise definition. It is important to specify the term Nazi to refer to members of the Nazi party & neo-Nazis."
