two cop posts in a row which is a rare occurrence on this site but sometimes the evidence just begins to pile up, as it were;
Aurora, CO — In his last few words on this planet, an aspiring massage therapist from Aurora, Elijah McClain could be heard saying, “I’m an introvert. I’m just different. That’s all. I’m so sorry. I have no gun. I don’t do that stuff. I don’t do any fighting. Why are you attacking me? I don’t even kill flies! I don’t eat meat! But I don’t judge people, I don’t judge people who do eat meat. Forgive me … I’m so sorry.”
He was innocent, successful, and a light in this often dark world, and Aurora police killed him for being different. Then, after they killed him, they went back to the scene of the crime and reenacted it for fun. This is not some case of a bad apple. This is systemic and sadistic and shortly after these atrocities, the department made the news once again — this time for holding an innocent family at gunpoint and forcing them all to the ground because of their own incompetence.
Illustrating why police officers can get away with horrific crimes is the fact that none of the officers in the incident below will be charged — despite blatant acts of terrorism against an innocent family — holding children, ages 6-17 at gunpoint and forcing them to the ground.
Despite the District Attorney’s Office of the 18th Judicial District calling the incident “disturbing,” they decided the officer “acted lawfully.”
“What happened to the innocent occupants is unacceptable and preventable, but that alone is an insufficient basis to affix criminal culpability to the two officers involved in the initial contact,” Clinton McKinzie, chief deputy district attorney in the 18th Judicial District, wrote.........read and watch more......
i'd like one of those boys who wear the thin blue line hats to tell us how this sort of stuff is intended to be reassuring to those of us who have little faith in cops;
Chatham County, GA — Lee Michael Creely, 34, was a good man, a father of two sons, and excited to have saved enough to move into his new home with his partner, Jessica Hodges, and their children. However, because Creely forgot to immediately tell his probation officer that he upgraded from a trailer into a new home, Creely would spend his last days alive dying in Chatham County lockup.
In August, Creely and his family finally saved up enough money to move out of their mobile home and into a new home so their sons, aged 12 and 7, could have their own rooms. Likely due to the fact that they were so excited to have upgraded their home, Creely forgot to tell his probation officer that he moved, setting off a chain of events that would lead to his untimely death.
To be clear, Creely shouldn’t have even been on probation. He was convicted of having a substance deemed illegal by the state, otherwise known as drug possession. There were no victims for the “crime” to which Creely found himself pleading guilty. Nevertheless, after his probation officer noticed Creely moved and didn’t notify him, Creely was arrested on Sept. 3.
Three days after his arrest, Creely — a young father of two — would be found dead in his jail cell. The cause of death was unknown.
Creely’s family is now going after the jail and demanding answers. One massive answer they are demanding to know is the location of his heart. Literally, his heart. According to the family’s attorney, an independent autopsy revealed that Creely’s heart was missing from his body after he died in jail. What’s more, the coroner refuses to explain what happened to it, according to the family...........read and watch more........

WEST RIVER, MARYLAND – Wow… What a week! What a way to begin a new year!
Many people were outraged and appalled by last week’s shenanigans in Washington. And this morning, calls for impeachment, destitution, or lynching are still running riot over the internet.
But nothing very serious happened last week. The Temple was defiled. But there was no attempt at a coup. Nobody burned the Capitol down or massacred the Washington elite.
And now that that episode is behind us… with Trump leaving office… several vaccines to stop the coronavirus… employment on the rise… the stock market hitting new highs… and Democrats in control of the House, the Senate, and the White House…what could go wrong?
Should the pessimists simply go home? Should the declinists put on happy faces… for now, the Biden Clan can finally get to work… and do what the MAGA mob could not – make America great again?
