The Endnagered Species Act and the Clean Water Act serve as backups for the protection of lands by the Environmental Protection Act as these protected lands often contain water resources and endangered species. The brutal assault on the environment by extractive industries endangers protected waters and species. Thus, to proceed with the Pebble mining project in the sensitive Bristol Bay area of Alaska also requires setting aside the ESA as protected bald eagles, grizzly bears, and wolves are in the affected area. EPA scientists are convinced that the project will cause “complete loss of fish habitat” in one of the world’s most valuable wild salmon fisheries and add salmon to the list of endangered species.
For capitalists, the environment is something to be looted. Thus as the gangster Brazilian government destroys the Amazon rain forest, the American gangsters destroy Bristol Bay. Environmental looting is very profitable, because the costs are largely external and are imposed on those who have no claim to the profits. And dead bodies are first placed in body bags before transportation. Dead bodies are placed on “one-man” gurneys and not the typical ambulance gurney. (Laws vary from state to state, in many states today the paramedics evaluation is sufficient to pronounce death.). A sheet is typically placed over a body so that no one can take a picture, such as this, if the patient is really dead.

During a suspected hanging, the victim would be carefully “un- hung,” and brought down usually onto the floor, or bed.This would be a suspected fractured neck. The initial treatment, if they believe treatment is warranted, would be CPR while carefully protecting the cervical spine, neck. When the paramedics arrive, advanced airway (intubation) would be initiated, along with IVs for the administration of emergency medicines. They would also be placed on an EKG monitor. If they were going to transport this patient, the neck and spine would be secured. here is a quite plausible premise surrounding the nypd and epstein's demise;

Here is what he told me.

The NYPD Commissioner has always been a tool of the elite. The old tool basically elects the new one to make sure he will serve the elite also. The Commissioner is paid through various deals and through black money for his services. The Commissioner has a circle of generals. They are in charge of major departments and institutions, such as holding facilities. The generals have dirty cops and criminals in their crews.

So what he says probably happened was that The Commish or one of the generals got the order to kill Epstein. The order was passed on to a general in charge of the holding facility. This general had at least two guards inside the place who were apart of his crew.

Guard 1 is in charge of cutting the cameras. He cuts the cameras at a certain time.

Guard 2 goes to Epstein’s cell and places an untraceable sedative into Epstein via water, food, or force.

Guard 2 then strangles him to death and hangs his body from his bunk. Then he leaves.
