Exxon Mobil is still doing projects in the Arctic and still doing projects in the Black Sea, which is Crimea, with the Russians and their energy companies?  American energy companies defy our sanctions, and yet we are prosecuting French banks for doing the same thing.  This is insane.  The Empire is out of control.

Hypocrisy, envy, malice, cruelty, vengefulness, seduction, rape, robbery, swindling, arson, bigamy, adultery, and the oppression and humiliation of the poor and helpless in all ways have been and still are common among the civilized peoples of the earth. Patriotism is the opposite of common brotherhood. The lower animals seem to have none of this but we’re told we’re better.

The world is being led by bullies, criminals and fools. The biggest threat facing our country isn’t terrorism, debt, drugs, poverty, healthcare, immigration, climate change, abortion, gay rights, racism, school shootings, militarizing of the police, privatizing the military. To anyone looking for a campaign slogan: “It’s the corruption stupid!”

For those looking for the next wars to fight, might I suggest corruption, abuse of power, and ignorance? Ignorance is fought by simply shining a light on the other two, something our mainstream media has forgotten. Thanks to the internet and the citizen journalist, that darkness is being opened. How can we even have honest debates about the troubles facing our nation when the people in power control the debate, yet lost their credibility long ago? Where is the moral high ground in a bottomless pit?

Why was the company that built the healthcare website chosen? Why did we really go to war in Iraq? Why has no one been held accountable in any of the myriad of scandals we’re faced with today? Why don’t more people stand up and march to their own drum, rather than being knocked off course with divisive issues fanned by devious politicians distracting us from their own corruption and selling out the country? Whether you’re working for a government agency, or just interacting with one, get in the habit of questioning things.

Update on Aurora Shooter, James Holmes: Holmes has been alleged to be incarcerated in the high security “deep six” prison at Florence ADX, Colorado, starting in August 2015. But today, James Holmes is not listed in any facility in the U.S. See “Why the secrecy over the Aurora theater shooter’s location?” This after officials alleged he was attacked by another inmate. For the record, inmate attacks occur all the time in prisons. Moving an inmate to another prison because of this would be unusual, but withholding a prisoner’s location is unprecedented.
While in prison or jail, it is alleged that Holmes has not been permitted visits from his family. He has never been interviewed by media. He supposedly has totally isolated himself.
There is litigation pending by victims against Cinemark, the theater company. Comments from attorney Christina Habas, who represents several theater victims, is more than curious or weird: “We essentially don’t have a single photograph, a single piece of evidence that we can show to a jury.”
Par for the course, there was no CCTV footage out of the very modern theater. None for the emergency exit, none from inside the screening room, none from the lobby, none from the parking lot and none from a cell-phone camera. There was no footage from the mall either.
Elsewhere, on the issue of public transparency, there is a campaign entitled “No Notoriety” started by the parents of Alexander Teves, who allegedly died in the shooting. The campaign’s purpose is to encourage media outlets to limit the usage of the suspect’s name and photos when reporting about the Aurora shooting, as well as other mass shootings that receive national media coverage. Really?

On 3 March 2018 a former Russian double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia were found slumped on a park bench in Salisbury England, obviously suffering from the ill effects of an undetermined substance. They were transported to hospital and placed in intensive care. The initial hospital reports made no mention of their being the victims of any nerve agent attack. It seems that they were initially thought by the medical staff to be suffering from the effects of Fentanyl, an illegal but widely used drug in England. This diagnosis was based upon the symptoms exhibited by Sergei and Yulia.

Six months later that is still the sum total of the information that can be unequivocally accepted. As to what substance they ingested, where, how and by whom it was administered is no better known now then it was that March afternoon in a small provincial town. Salisbury was hitherto better known for its magnificent cathedral, where ironically is found one of the best surviving copies of Magna Carta, and its proximity both to the ancient prehistoric monument of Stonehenge and more ominously Britain’s chemical warfare establishment of Porton Down.

The lack of specific knowledge as to what, how, by whom and precisely where the Skripals became infected did not stop British prime minister Theresa May launching an extraordinary and factually inaccurate statement to the British House of Commons in which she held the Russian government responsible for what had allegedly happened to the Skripals.

Her statement was not only replete with factual inaccuracies; it shredded the last vestiges of what was once called British justice.

Those principles are drilled into every law student exposed to the common law system. They include the presumption of innocence; not charging anyone with a crime until there is at least sufficient evidence to create a prima facie case; the right to subject the allegations to rigorous testing as to veracity, admissibility and scientific credibility; and importantly in this case disclosing the evidence to the accused who then has the right to have the prosecution case argued before an impartial tribunal.

Of further fundamental importance is that the onus of proving the case lies upon the accuser. Mrs May’s demands that Russia “explain” what happened makes a travesty of this paramount principle. It reverses the onus of proof, an astonishing departure from principle that nonetheless has been completely disregarded by the western media.

None of these principles can be observed in the Skripal case. Mrs May compounded her disregarding of basic principles by making a series of statements that were demonstrably untrue. One example is that the alleged substance used, the suitably Russian sounding ‘Novichok’ could only have originated in Russia.

As innumerable articles on this topic have subsequently pointed out, the United States alone has multiple patents for the Novichok class of nerve agents. Several countries are known to hold samples, including the United Kingdom at their own Porton Down facility.

When slaves and masters are biologically identical, full equality between them is possible, post-slavery, but if they are physically distinct, what you’ll have is exactly what the United States must endure, for as long as it exists.

Hypothetically, let’s just say the differences between blacks and whites are only skin deep, that they’re exactly the same otherwise, with equal mental and physical potentials, but even if this is true, black Americans will always be branded, by themselves and others, as descendants of slaves, so this alone will eternally cause social division and discord.

Even Africans who arrive long after slavery ended are colored by this crime, shame and endless source of outrage, just as any white is somehow guilty of all the ramifications of racial slavery, even if he’s Irish, Polish, Czech or a fresh-of-the-boat Moldavian who’s never heard of Abraham Lincoln or Martin Luther King.

Blacks as ex slaves and whites as ex slave drivers has become the cartoony backdrop to all American conversations about race, so that any anti-social or violent act by blacks can be explained away by a mainstream media chorus of black apologists.

The purpose of the constitution is to limit the power of government: not the people. America has no government. There are only the bureaucrats and enforcers of a world wide crime syndicate. A new “cold war” started by Bush, but multiplied many times by Obama, spying on everyone with the full aid and compliance of Google, Facebook, Apple, Microsoft, and the rest of Silicon Valley is some of what’s happening.

Obama, the NSA and CIA have destroyed relations with China and Russia, partly by “our” cyberspying and cyberwarfare. The rest of the world realizes what an evil country the USSA has become. It’s bad enough our freedom is being taken away by the surveillance police state, but the rest of the world is waking to the fascism we’re spreading, and they don’t like it.

If you’ve been swindled long enough, you reject any evidence of the hoax. You’re no longer interested in the truth. It’s painful to admit, even to ourselves, that we’ve been taken. Once you give a charlatan power over you, you rarely get it back. Sometimes the only way to win is not to play the game.

Our Founding Fathers sacrificed to ensure Freedom for those looking for a better life. There were provisions in the Constitution to prevent the new government from becoming what they were trying to escape. The Bill of Rights came later naming our basic human rights so that future generations wouldn’t grant government powers that weren’t theirs to begin with.

I read and see on TV what the government wants me to read/see. If the press isn’t in lockstep with the Empire they aren’t allowed in Obama’s press corp. If you file for something under the Freedom of Information Act, you see what the government allows: everything else is blacked out.

My weapons of self defense are government approved but they must stay at home except under certain circumstances. At the same time “our government” says the police have no obligation or duty to protect me or mine.

My food has to be approved by the government. I can’t drink raw milk because evidently I don’t know what’s good for me. In Michigan only approved farm animals are allowed.

Our children belong to the State. They learn what the government wants them to learn. The government has changed history to suit their agenda. You aren’t allowed to discipline your children with your own hand under threat of law. The government determines if your children are eating healthy lunches or not including what Mom has packed for them.

Every time you leave your house assume you’re on somebody’s camera; Traffic cams, security cams, dash cams, et al. Your emails are examined by the government. All mail is photographed and recorded. Every phone call we make, every text we send is monitored by the NSA. Boxes on the side of the roads log in Bluetooth information from passing cars to determine who’s in what car traveling down the road, where you got on the road and where you left it. Radar is monitoring our speed.

Our police have gone from being peace officers to law enforcement officers. They can now search you by saying they believe you’ve committed a crime, just because they want to. They burst into our homes, kill our dogs and search our personal belongings with only the simplest of causes. SWAT teams, a concept that was designed for hostage situations, conduct an average of 124 raids every day. They raid barber shops for unlicensed/untaxed barbers, they’re raiding dairies suspected of selling raw milk.

With the NDAA and “Patriot” Act, we no longer have a right to an attorney or a Right to a speedy trial with a jury of our peers; in fact we no longer have a Right to a trial at all. Indefinite detention is the Plan of the Day at the pleasure of the government.

The tax man takes a large cut of our paychecks. We support, from the sweat of our brow, cash and food for those that won’t work, medical and child care for those same deadbeats, organizations through federal and state grants that we don’t morally support or agree with, wars that we may not agree with, and anything else that the government feels is necessary.

Our Nation is being overrun with immigrants and our government who swore an oath to obey the Constitution is ignoring the law by not defending our borders.
Our politicians show they believe they’re above us, forgetting that they serve us. We have politicians that carry firearms and surround themselves with bodyguards, yet they deny us the basic human Right to defend ourselves by limiting our ability to own and carry firearms or other weapons. They openly break laws, yet imprison us for doing the same. They refuse to listen to the People’s desires and enact laws they want.

What started out as a normal Sunday morning for Jeffrey Williamson of Blanchester, Ohio, turned into a nightmare when police officers showed up to his front door and arrested him in front of his family: His crime; Child endangerment, as the authorities described it, because his son skipped church to go play with friends. He now faces up to six months in jail. As a result of local news coverage of the event, Williamson was fired from his job and remained unemployed for a period of time.

Georgia Deputy chases suspect, shoots at dog, misses, hits boy - The family who lives on the property said their 10-year-old son was shot in the back of the knee. Sheriff Wooten later confirmed that the boy had been shot by one of the deputies at the scene. A deputy was approaching the property when a dog ran up to him. The deputy fired one shot, missing the dog and hitting the child.
