The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals has issued a stay on a lower court’s activist ruling that tried to block Elon Musk and others from exposing corruption inside USAID. So, what does this mean? Well, it’s was a very big “not so fast” to judicial overreach—and a solid victory for President Trump’s DOGE plan and mostly the American people who deserve a country free from fraud and bloat.
