So how will we know when they start their little experiment? Will jet planes be expelling a milky like substance into the atmosphere which spreads across the sky and dims the sunlight? That sure would be something new that no one has ever seen before. Us loonies have been observing nothing but contrails all these years. Gates and his band of authoritarians haven’t been trying to dim the sun (and whatever else) for over a decade. Right?
