This attack caused problems with billing not with delivery thus it was a business decision to shut down the pipeline. The pipeline serves around 90 military bases thus it is a national security risk! Koch interests are large shareholders in this pipeline as well as in plywood. Plywood has been stockpiled while prices you pay retail skyrocket.
