The Israeli government has approved plans to expand the genocidal war on Gaza that Israeli officials say will lead to the full Israeli military occupation of the Palestinian territory.

The plan involves capturing more territory in Gaza, expanding the so-called “buffer zone” where the IDF has demolished virtually every structure, and forcibly displacing Palestinian civilians to move them all to a small area of southern Gaza.

Axios later reported that the Israeli plan involves flattening every single building that remains in Gaza, forcing the entire civilian population into one single area, and pressuring them to leave as part of an ethnic cleansing plan, though it’s unclear what countries are willing to take them.

An Israeli official told Haaretz that the plan is different from previous Israeli military operations because it will lead to “the occupation of territory and a sustained Israeli presence in Gaza.”

Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich said Israel is “finally going to occupy the Gaza Strip” and that it was “no longer afraid of the word ‘occupation.'”...........more..........

This is another atrocity committed by the Israeli military in the Palestinian territory since October 2023.

UN agencies, human rights and humanitarian organizations have released numerous reports in the past 19 months warning of the worsening humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip. However, they have mostly been ignored by the international community as Israel continues bombing and preventing essential assistance from reaching the besieged Palestinian population.

Israel’s actions have threatened the foundations of international humanitarian law.

For more than 30 years, Western donor nations have devoted hundreds of millions of dollars to integrate the principles of human rights and international law into educational training programs and government institutions across the Middle East. They have insisted on their implementation and incorporation into local laws.

In Gaza, however, Western policymakers have continued to ignore Israel’s blatant disregard for international law and violations of Palestinian human rights.

Presidents, like corporate CEOs and everyone else, have a limited span of control.  They can’t know everything or focus on everything.  Most presidential decisions are just acceptances of subordinate’s decisions. I know it.  I have been there.  I have seen it, both the President of the United States and the CEOs and boards of corporations are dependent on information that comes from below. And often in the case of government the information from below is from outside.

We are now witnessing this in the Trump regime. Real ID is a George W. Bush/Cheney regime measure from the fake “war on terror” that was used by Washington to remove Arab governments opposed to Greater Israel.  Until Trump, no president wanted the flack of imposing it on “free” American citizens, thus revealing to them how unfree they are.  But the police state crowd see Trump’s concern with illegals as an opportunity to finally get their old handiwork from the “war on terror” Implemented.  And Trump has obliged.

I know that those who read my articles will be interested to learn that President Donald Trump has appointed Martin Marks to be his administration’s liaison to the American Jewish community with the title Special Assistant to the President and Director of Jewish Engagement in the White House Faith Office. Marks, whose mother handbag designer Lana Marks served as US ambassador to South Africa in Trump’s first term, appears to be well qualified for the position as “Before turning to politics, [he] was a writer and owned a yoga studio in Palm Beach.”

To be perfectly honest I was a bit confused by the appointment as the US government already has an Office of the Special Envoy for Monitoring and Combating Antisemitism and a Office of the Special Envoy for Holocaust Issues actively promoting the Jewish/Israeli line at the State Department and even worldwide. And one might observe Trump’s entire cabinet is unrelentingly Zionist in its inclinations while Congress is discussing the so-called Antisemitism Accountability Act which will turn any criticism of Israel into a crime even more so than it is regarded as such right now, ask any one of the college students who are being deported! How much “liaison” protecting the most wealthy and educated 3% of the population against the curse of perceived perpetual Jewish victimhood is still warranted? And how will such “liaison” differ from the orders delivered directly from Benjamin Netanyahu, the “Chosen” leader, of the Jewish state of Israel to provide Trump and the rest of the US government with their marching orders, just as was the case with Genocide Joe Biden and his merry band of largely Jewish/Zionist cabinet members?

Professor Jeffrey Sachs of Columbia University has described the current Donald Trump regime as an “Israel First Administration” packed with Zionists at all levels. The State Department Press Secretary Tammy Bruce has declared that “Anyone who tries to touch Israel will wind up in hell.” But there are some who are still brave enough to go against the tide. The Institute for Historical Review, which is one of the few online publishers and free speech associations that still survive in the good old USA, has been confronting the Israel Lobby for forty-seven years.  shopping is about to become an interesting undertaking;

Are you ready for store shelves to start emptying all over America?  When I first started writing about the coming shortages last month, I received quite a bit of criticism.  But now expert after expert is warning that we really are facing a crisis of historic proportions.  Most major retailers still have several weeks of inventory on hand, but after that shortages are going to start becoming very visible.

For smaller businesses, the shortages will be noticeable a lot sooner.  On Sunday, I visited a local small business to purchase some groceries.  In addition to selling groceries, this particular discount store also sells a wide variety of other products, and some of them are made in China.  As I walked through the aisles, I was stunned by how low their stock levels were.  Honestly, it was kind of depressing.

Of course anything that we are witnessing now is just the leading edge of what is eventually coming.

According to CNN, it is being estimated that “Chinese imports into the United States will plunge by as much as 80% by the second half of the year”…

The historically high tariff on China has effectively stopped all trade between the two countries, Trump has said repeatedly. The number of cargo ships headed from China to the United States fell 60% in April, according to Flexport, a logistics and freight forwarding broker. JPMorgan estimates Chinese imports into the United States will plunge by as much as 80% by the second half of the year...........more.......

There is an item in that sentence worth fleshing out. Quakers were the first abolitionists and have stood in support of those at the short end of the stick ever since. We were among the first to stand in support of the new state of Israel seventy some years ago when they were the oppressed.  

Now it’s time to stand against Israel and for the Palestinians. Israel is the oppressor, committing genocide and the empire, America, is participating in that genocide, a total course reversal from who we tell the world we are. The thing is much of that statement of principle the empire promulgates is undone for any who study real American history. We aren’t who the history books claim we are. Seven million people in the mid-east own the lives of more than three hundred million. We consistently vote against war and get more. Blind support of Zionist Israel is at the root of it. What will it take to make you angry about all of this?
