Two facts:

1. Barack Obama’s birth certificate is fraudulent. He was never able to be the legitimate President of the United States.
2. Joe Biden was fraudulently elected President of the United States. Fraud vitiates elections.

This means that any laws passed under their “administrations” are not valid. Any regulations or actions taken under laws signed by them during their tenure are invalid. If we are to return to the rule of law, we must start with the truth.

Whoever is alive when evil must be confronted has a choice to make. I propose that today is more evil than the times of our forefathers when they wrote the Declaration of Independence. They may have been living under tyranny but we are living under evil. This time, the stakes in the war against good vs. evil is absolute.

Why would I make that statement? Imagine the evil necessary to fund a bioweapon to unleash upon the world and use it as an excuse to make people take an mRNA therapy which would kill and incapacitate millions of people. At that same time, they used this as an excuse to make themselves rich and ruin the world’s economy.

Or consider the useless war in Ukraine that has killed over a million people to cover up the money laundering and bioweapon labs in that country by the United States. The Maidan color revolution is one of many examples of how cheaply evil views human life.

So we have been given the opportunity to restore the rule of law and by extension, our Republic. What will we decide to do with the time that is given to us? I may have more hope now than I have had since 2008 but hope is not a strategy. We reported last August how a federal judge in Kansas ruled that the federal law tightly regulating the ownership and transfer of full-auto firearms, aka machine guns, is unconstitutional. Now, a federal judge in Mississippi has ruled the same, and for many of the same reasons.

On January 29, U.S. District Judge Carlton Reeves ruled in the case U.S. v. Brown that the federal law effectively banning the sale and possession of newly produced or unregistered machine guns was unconstitutional, at least for the defendant in the criminal case.

The case revolves around Justin Bryce Brown, a Mississippi man. Brown, who had no prior record, was arrested and charged with ownership of a machine gun in violation of federal law.

In his ruling, Judge Reeves said the government didn’t meet its obligation to prove that machine guns are both “dangerous” and “unusual.”............more......

At the White House, Musk told the press that there are people that are supposedly 150 years old that are still receiving Social Security payments each month…

In other cases, people that have no Social Security numbers at all are getting payments.

Prominent Democrats keep warning their constituents that Elon Musk is coming after their Social Security checks.
