in conversation with a friend yesterday i made the point that a vote for rfk jr, meaningless as they are in the times of election fraud on national levels, like the 'mail in vote' crap from recent times, would be the best place to put the 'none of the above' concern of which i believe the majority would acquiesce;

You’d have to be intentionally looking the other way not to see the alignment of interests between the RFK Jr. operation and the dormant but ever hopeful DeSantis operation.  I’m not necessarily talking about the average supporter, but more akin to the financial backers and background influence operation.

Having erased all preconceptions about honest motives and intents as it pertains to DC swamp dwellers, the aggregate UniParty tribe, I am left reviewing and reconciling visible activity through the prism of constant deceptive motive and anti-Trump corruption.  Honestly, it’s exhausting.

RFK Jr. is reportedly paying right-wing “influencers” to steer favorable opinion of him as a safe Republican alternative to President Donald Trump [SEE ARTICLE HERE].  This paid “influencer” approach mirrors the activity by Ron DeSantis in his failed (currently suspended) bid to win the GOP nomination, and it would appear some of the same characters are participating.

The effort by Kennedy Jr. to peel voters from Donald Trump would also undercut the premise of those who claimed Kennedy’s main target would be Biden supporters.  Additionally, Adam Townsend noted on Twitter several days ago, how it was difficult to find the old speeches, interviews and remarks by RFK Jr., as if there was an effort underway to scrub Kennedy’s extreme leftist positions.

Then, after the internet scrubbing, we see Bill Ackman (CEO Pershing) pushing RFK Jr, and then a seemingly timed rebranding effort and video launch with Woody Harrelson narrating [SEE HERE].   This RFK Jr. rebranding video is then promoted by Elon Musk, who is -not coincidentally- a close friend of Bill Ackman.

Several months ago, I noted the construct around RFK Jr., essentially just noise and opaque activity, felt like we were witnessing an intelligence operation; perhaps driven by the IC effort to steer the election toward a favorable outcome for their interests.   The recent activity only appears to bolster that potential........more.......

An NBC News analysis of newly released data from the Department of Homeland Security shows a fundamental shift. Before the pandemic, roughly 9 in 10 migrants crossing the border illegally (that is, between ports of entry) came from Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador — the four countries closest to the border. Those countries no longer hold the majority: As of 2023, for the first time since the U.S. has collected such data, half of all migrants who cross the border now come from elsewhere globally.

The greatest numbers have come from countries farther away in the Americas that have never before sent migrants to the border at this scale. In the 2019 fiscal year, for example, the number of Colombians apprehended illegally crossing the border was 400. Three decades ago in my book, The New Color Line, I pointed out that Alfred W. Blumrosen, compliance chief of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, turned the statutory language of the 1964 Civil Rights Act on its head and used the EEOC to create race-based legal privileges for blacks, thereby reducing white Americans to second-class citizenship. In place of equal employment opportunity Blumrosen and the liberals of the time used “affirmative action” to create and enforce privileges for blacks in university admissions, hiring and promotion. These privileges created in defiance of Congress by a regulatory authority were the opening wedge against our then merit-based system and created the acceptability of racial discrimination against white Americans. At the time the liberals admitted that it amounted to privileged treatment of a race, but said it was to be temporary in order to give blacks a leg up. It has now been 60 years, a time period that is not temporary. As I pointed out, once privilege is set in law, it becomes a property right of the privileged supported by the passage of time and precedent after precedent. Even though the racial privilege is unconstitutional, those privileged by it have squatters’ rights in the privilege.

 a letter to harvard concerning 'demonstrations' and reasons to have them;

I wish to respond to the letter that you sent out to all students, faculty, and staff concerning the encampment organized by students in Harvard Yard in protest against the genocide campaign being carried out in Gaza.

As your demands of the students far exceed the authority invested in you as the President of Harvard, and because you focused exclusively on the minor infractions of regulations by the protesters while ignoring the far more serious illegal actions being undertaken by the staff and faculty of Harvard University, the Harvard Corporation and its members, and the Board of Overseers and its members, I request humbly that we begin an open conversation about all of the unethical, illegal, and unconstitutional actions taking place at Harvard University and the Harvard Corporation.

I demand that you cease this dishonest effort to single out the sincere students who are trying to carry out their ethical responsibility as citizens by protesting against terrible acts of violence taking place in Gaza. Although the students, like many of us, may not fully understand the complexity of the issues involved, their commitment to the combination academic inquiry with moral action is to be praised and it has deep roots in the scholarly traditions from which Harvard derives its legitimacy.

Let us be honest with ourselves. Harvard University has taken enormous amounts of money, often in classified programs hidden from the public, and also in unclassified programs, from the military and intelligence of the United States, and from military and intelligence contractors, that involve activities that are not about national defense at all, but are clearly unethical and illegal. And yet, you are not demanding that those involved in these programs, or in the classified “anti-disinformation” operations run on campus by contractors using Homeland Security budgets, be stopped, or that those involved be dismissed from their jobs.

Moreover, Harvard faculty and staff have been intimately involved in covering up, in promoting false narratives about, and in justifying three major state crimes that have devastated our nation.........more.......
