we're told that israel is a democracy and the only one in its geographic area but anyone with an independent mind can see that's a full faced lie. now its on its way to stopping any independent assessment of its actions by arresting international journalists reporting on its crimes as you can see in this post;
Ann Arbor (Informed Comment) – The Israeli police took another step toward criminalizing journalism on Saturday when they arrested al-Jazeera Arabic correspondent Givara al-Budeiri while she was covering a demonstration in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of East Jerusalem marking the anniversary of the Naksa, the Setback. That term is how is how Palestinians refer to the 1967 Israeli military occupation of the Palestinian territories. She was clearly wearing a vest marked “Press” when Israeli police assaulted her, shoved her against a wall, kicked her, packed her into a squad car and kicked her some more, then jailed her for seven hours. this is how 'our' government treats its wounded veterans in disputes;
American war hero Brian Kolfage was in court on Wednesday in Florida facing a new charge from the Southern District of New York (SDNY) related to his taxes.
This BS indictment was another attempt by the corrupt Deep State to slander Kolfage’s name and punish him for building a wall on the Southern Border.
Kolfage has already been indicted by the SDNY for bogus charges related to his ‘We Build the Wall’ project. Kolfage and a few others raised money to build sections of the wall in the most difficult and populated areas of the Southern Border. They then successfully built a couple of sections of the wall. Kolfage is an American hero for doing this, but he was an American war hero first.
Senior Airman Brian Kolfage while on his second deployment for Operation Iraqi Freedom on September 11, 2004, was at an airbase that came under a surprise rocket attack. In the chaos, a 107mm rocket shell exploded about three feet from Brian. He was thrown several feet in the air and landed against a wall of sandbags. Still conscious after the blast, he began calling for help.
One of Brian’s closest friends miraculously, despite the noise of the rockets, heard Brian’s screams and rushed outside to find his friend bloody, mangled, and clinging to life. He called for a medic and rushed to help Brian, who was struggling to breathe after one of his lungs had collapsed.
Brian ended up losing his two legs and one of his arms and to this day, he is still the most severely wounded Airman to survive any war.
In 2011, Brian married Ashley Goetz. The couple currently resides in Florida with their two children. In 2018, Brian founded We Build the Wall, a 501(c)(4) organization dedicated to building private sections of the wall along the U.S. – Mexico border. this cop was wrong on so many levels;
West Columbia, SC — An officer who was with the Springdale Police Department has been arrested on multiple charges after he drew his taser and shot a child at point blank range in the side of his head. The child committed no crime and had merely interrupted a conversation between the violent cop and his fellow brothers in blue.
Carl Brooks Wilhelm, 36, was gainfully employed with the Springdale Police Department until he was arrested this week and now faces charges of child neglect and misconduct in office for the taser incident.
According to the arrest warrant from the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, the child’s “mother dropped him off on April 21, 2021 so Wilhelm could take him to school. The arrest warrant states the juvenile interrupted a conversation Wilhelm was having with another officer. Wilhelm then reportedly unholstered his TASER device, pointed it at the juvenile and pulled the trigger — striking him in the left side of his head.”
Because the taser was deployed at such a close range, the child had to be transported to a local hospital in order to get the prongs surgically removed from his head.
Despite the incident unfolding in April, Wilhelm wasn’t arrested until this week. The fact that he tasered the innocent child in the head in front of two other officers who witnessed the sadistic act and failed to arrest him on the spot, also speaks to the insidious nature of the blue code of silence.
Apparently, cops can carry out utterly horrifying acts of violence against children — in front of their fellow officers — and simply walk away.
According to reports, after the child came out of the hospital, he told investigators that Wilhelm frequently threatened him with his taser and used it to scare him...........read more.......
