Iran is no longer talking about one narrow strait. The Revolutionary Guards have now said the blockade covers the entire Persian Gulf, and that unauthorized ships anywhere in that region can be hunted and destroyed. Two reported hits in three days were not even trying to pass Hormuz. If that order holds, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Iraq, and the UAE are no longer behind a workaround.
