A South Dakota farmer is suing the federal government after its Agriculture Department ordered him not to farm his farm.

It seems the Washington bureaucrats have determined that a mud puddle in one of his fields is a protected "wetlands."

The fight is being taken up by Pacific Legal Foundation.

Arlen Foster's action is against the federal department, Tom Vilsack as secretary, the Natural Resources Conservation Service and others.

He's a third-generation farm working land on the plains of South Dakota. But in 2011, a division of the Department of Agriculture ruled that a small seasonal mud puddle on his farm really isn't a mud puddle, but a "wetlands."

That's even though the government "has no authority to regulate such puddles," the legal team said.

"The government lacks the authority to insist that he leave the mud puddle 'muddy,' so it's threatening to take away Foster's ability to participate in federal programs to achieve the outcome that it wants," said Tony Francois, a senior attorney at Pacific Legal Foundation.

"But Foster has a right to use his property, and coercing him in this way violates his right.".......read more....

There is no question that large corporations absolutely dominate our society today.  They control what we eat, they control what we watch on television, they own most of the stores that we shop at, they provide the energy that our nation depends upon, and they make almost all of the products that we use.  Tens of millions of Americans make a living by serving these colossal firms, and at this point some of the biggest corporations are larger than many small countries.  But of course the corporations aren’t the top of the food chain.  They have owners, and there are 3 giant financial companies that the global elite use to control 88 percent of the corporations that are currently listed on the S&P 500.

The three financial companies that I am talking about are BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street.

According to CNN, those companies have a combined 15 trillion dollars in combined assets under management…

BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street manage a stunning $15 trillion in combined assets, equivalent to more than three-quarters the size of the US economy.

But that is actually an old number.

I wanted to come up with a newer number, and so I started digging.

Consider the US income tax.  When President Reagan was elected the tax rate on investment income was 70%.  The top tax rate on wages and salaries was 50%.  In other words, the privileged (mainly white) rich were taxed at the same rate as 19th century black slaves.

How is an American on whose labor the government has a claim a free man?  Clearly, he is not a free man.  We can say that there is a difference between a present day American and a slave, because the government only owns a percentage of his labor and not the person himself–unless the person does not pay his taxes, in which case he can be imprisoned and his labor hired out to private companies who pay the prison for the use of the prisoner’s labor.

The extraordinary failure to ask the relevant questions discussed in this essay has caused a racial division in the US infused with hatred.  This hatred is cultivated every day by an irresponsible media, by the Democrat Party, by the universities, by the NY Times 1619 Project, and by the critical race theory taught in public schools.
