 if you're one of those rubes who believe the poor downtrodden israeli's, always attacked by terrorists have the right to defend themselves, i suggest you consider this article and its contents and then reassess your opinion;

Al Araqeeb, a Palestinian Bedouin village inside Israel, fights valiantly against the ethnic cleansing program of Israel. It’s a battle for the record books, and it isn’t over yet.

by Kathryn Shihadah

The International Middle East Media Center (IMEMC) reports that Israeli forces demolished the Palestinian Bedouin village of Al-Araqeeb on Wednesday, claiming the residents were trespassing on Israeli land. This cruel measure was just the tip of the iceberg.

The village was also demolished in 2010 under the same pretext.

In between those two demolitions, Israeli bulldozers destroyed Al Araqeeb a staggering one hundred eighty times, always making the same claim: the Bedouin were illegally squatting on Israeli state land. One hundred eighty times, the people rebuilt. Lately they can only manage tents and tarps.

In November 2019, I visited what’s left of Al Araqeeb, and had a chance to hear from the village leaders. Their story is heart wrenching – and it is not unique.

The Bedouin of this village are among approximately 200,000 desert-dwelling Palestinian residents of the State of Israel – citizens of a nation that calls itself a democracy. Between 80,000 and 90,000 live in “unrecognized villages” like Al Araqeeb, and are under constant threat of eviction. They are also blocked from Israel’s infrastructure grid, so they live without utilities, schools, and roads............read more......

 if you still believe you have legal rights protected by the illusion of a constitution i suggest you read this woman's experience;

As TFTP has reported, when it comes to police accountability, one overarching question remains. ‘Do we want to live in a society whereby law enforcement officials can completely violate a person’s constitutional rights and get away with it?’ For our society to be free, the answer to that question must be a resounding, powerful, unwavering, ‘Hell No!’ Sadly, police in America who violate the rights of citizens currently enjoy this lack of accountability all thanks to the incredibly flawed legal doctrine of Qualified Immunity.

The Supreme Court created qualified immunity in 1982. With that novel invention, the court granted all government officials immunity for violating constitutional and civil rights unless the victims of those violations can show that the rights were “clearly established.”

The court held in Harlow v. Fitzgerald that government actors are entitled to this immunity due to the “need to protect officials who are required to exercise discretion and the related public interest in encouraging the vigorous exercise of official authority.”

“Government officials performing discretionary functions generally are shielded from liability for civil damages insofar as their conduct does not violate clearly established statutory or constitutional rights of which a reasonable person would have known.”

As Anya Bidwell points out, although innocuous sounding, the clearly established test is a legal obstacle nearly impossible to overcome. It requires a victim to identify an earlier decision by the Supreme Court, or a federal appeals court in the same jurisdiction holding that precisely the same conduct under the same circumstances is illegal or unconstitutional. If none exists, the official is immune. Whether the official’s actions are unconstitutional, intentional or malicious is irrelevant to the test...........read more.......

 seems i've discovered a new writer whose words add up clearly for me and perhaps you'll enjoy his efforts as well. in this essay he speaks of the power of the masses if they find their way out of the morass created by those in charge;

“Disobedience, in the eyes of any one who has read history, is man’s original virtue. It is through disobedience that progress has been made, through disobedience and through rebellion.”

~ “The Soul of Man Under Socialism”. Essay by Oscar Wilde, 1891.

Time has passed, and the takeover of this country by the ruling ‘elite’ and their pawns in government has nearly been completed. The final stages of the building of a totalitarian state, and a “Global Reset” of humanity, are now fully underway. The left/right and the Democrat/Republican nonsense is not the solution to anything, and in fact, those adhering to one party or the other and taking sides are the real problem. Both are far mistaken, and have been used and co-opted to divide and fight against each other. Since no political solution concerning freedom is possible, the correct posture should be to abandon the political system entirely, and begin a consistent and sustained revolt against all government. Anything shy of this approach will fail.

In other words, mass disobedience is mandatory if relief from this horrendous tyranny is sought. Americans would do well to understand the power they posses as individual citizens working together to cause a defection from this state apparatus. In Italy currently, 50,000 restaurants have opened in complete defiance to state orders. The numbers are too large for the pathetic governing system there to defend against, and so this civil disobedience is bringing freedom back to the citizenry. This is exactly what is necessary, and it could happen here on a much larger scale if only people act in concert with each other instead of remaining divided. This does not require all to be together in protest; it only requires many to participate from afar. It does not have to be a formal operation, but can be constructed by mass communication means. It is happening in Italy, Poland, Mexico, and other parts of Europe, so why can’t Americans do this here as well?.......read more........

 is it truth that's stranger than fiction or the other way round but this article presents the conundrum in clear terms as we face the 'dark winter';

This article was published on November 29, 2020.

“Dark Winter” was mentioned by Joe Biden in the course of the election campaign.

 According to Michael Snyder in this incisive and carefully researched article “Joe Biden specifically warned us about a “dark winter” during the final presidential debate in October that the U.S. was “about to go into a dark winter.”

Biden stated in the immediate wake of the November elections: “There is a need for bold action to fight this pandemic…”, “We’re still facing a very dark winter.”

Will this “Very Dark Winter” mentioned incessantly by Joe Biden during the election campaign be addressed in the course of the first 2-3 months of the Biden-Harris administration?

On the day preceding his inauguration, Biden intimated that “he would take office amid a “dark winter,” and the outlook is only getting bleaker”. Does this not suggest a political scenario (coupled with a renewed fear campaign) of an epidemic “spiralling out of control”.

In his acceptance speech, Biden referred to a “winter of peril and possibility”, intimating that the Virus (rather than government policy makers) should be held responsible for mass poverty, unemployment and bankruptcy.

“A once-in-a-century virus silently stalks the country”.

“It’s taken as many lives in one year as America lost in all of World War Two. Millions of jobs have been lost. Hundreds of thousands of businesses closed.”

And immediately upon assuming office, the Biden White House announced drastic Covid policy measures including a “100 Days Masking Challenge” “to reduce the spread of the virus”.

An executive order created “a COVID-19 response coordinator, who will be tasked with coordinating the government’s response to the pandemic, including the vaccine rollout, and who will report directly to Biden.”.........read more.......

 kunstler calls this essay; ridin' with biden, and it sums up a good bit of the ongoing foolishness and potential outcomes;

Speaking of the inauguration, I don’t know what was more peculiar: Lady Gaga sweeping out onto the capitol dais in Hunger Games drag —and I mean but exactly, down to the golden mockingjay pinned above her left breast — or Garth Brooks post-hymn dash to the exit as though he just heard the repo man was coming for his Gulfstream jet parked across the Potomac at Reagan National Airport.

The immense ranked American flags deployed silently down the mall in place of annoying US citizens lent a funereal vibe to the proceedings (as in the death of your country), while the thousands of massed national guard troops signaled the paranoia crackling under the surface as Ol’ White Joe Biden stepped forward to commence his party’s punishments against the unWoke (disguised as a call for “unity”). He was surrounded by a virtual wax museum of Deep Staters salivating for the upcoming blood-feast: The Obamas, Hillary and Bill (nodding off), Nancy, Chuck, Mitch… but just who was the Asian chap sitting just behind the man-of-the-hour? Secret Service? Or his new minder (courtesy of Uncle Xi)?...read more.....

 a good question i suspect we'll never have an answer for;

 slow joe rides into the empires capital telling us how he's gonna remove the horrid trumpism, and then proceeds to do more of what led to it in the first place, which as i remember is the definition of insanity: doing the same thing you did the first time which brought you to this point, only more of it;

The US political/media class have been pushing hard for more authoritarian policies to stave off the threat of “domestic terrorism” in the wake of the Capitol riot. President Biden, who was already working on rolling out new domestic terror policies well before January sixth, confirmed after the riot that he is making these new measures a priority. Political internet censorship is becoming increasingly normalized, anti-protest bills are being passed, and now we’re seeing liberals encouraged to form “digital armies” to spy on Trump supporters to report them to the authorities.

And an amazingly large percentage of the US population seems to have no problem with any of this, even in sectors of the political spectrum that should really know better by now.

“What else can we do?” they reason. “What other solution could there possibly be to the threat of dangerous fascists and conspiracy theorists continuing to gain power and influence?”

Well there’s a whole lot that can be done, and none of it includes consenting to sweeping new Patriot Act-like authoritarian measures or encouraging monopolistic Silicon Valley plutocrats to censor worldwide political speech. There’s just a whole lot of mass-scale narrative manipulation going on to keep it from being obvious to everyone..........read more......
