 this is an interesting development. it seems that antifa began rioting in portland and seattle yesterday and i'm sure your tv won't present a bit about it;

When people tried to sell us on the idea that the radical left would quit rioting once Joe Biden was president, I just had to chuckle.  I knew that what they were saying simply was not true.  But I figured that the radical left would at least give Biden a few days before they started rioting, looting and burning things again.  Sadly, I was wrong.  Just hours after Joe Biden was sworn in, radical leftists in Portland and Seattle started going completely nuts.  The footage that you are about to see is extremely shocking, but so far the corporate media is mostly avoiding this story because it does not fit any of the narratives that they are currently trying to push.  Of course if it was Trump supporters rioting it would be the biggest news story in the entire nation right now.

Apparently, Antifa activists in Portland are not too thrilled that Biden is president, because the primary target of their violence on Wednesday was the Democratic Party of Oregon headquarters.

The corporate media was so quick to use the term “domestic terrorists” when it was Trump supporters that were going crazy.

Will the corporate media dare to use the same term for these nutjobs?

You can watch footage of Antifa radicals smashing the windows of the Democratic Party of Oregon headquarters right here..........read and watch more.......

 if you told me twenty years ago that i'd be posting an essay by newt gingrich i'd have thought you crazy but here i am. remove the names herein and just put in neutral pronouns and then see how you think about this essay if you have any prejudicial feelings about any mentioned politicians and then it may be even more telling;

A smart friend of mine who is a moderate liberal asked why I was not recognizing Joe Biden’s victory.
The friend made the case that Mr. Biden had gotten more votes, and historically we recognize the person with the most votes. Normally, we accept the outcome of elections just as we accept the outcomes of sporting events.

So, my friend asked why was 2020 different?
Having spent more than four years watching the left #Resist President Donald Trump and focus entirely on undoing and undermining the 2016 election, it took me several days to understand the depth of my own feelings.
As I thought about it, I realized my anger and fear were not narrowly focused on votes. My unwillingness to relax and accept that the election grew out of a level of outrage and alienation unlike anything I had experienced in more than 60 years involvement in public affairs.

The challenge is that I — and other conservatives — are not disagreeing with the left within a commonly understood world. We live in alternative worlds.
The left’s world is mostly the established world of the forces who have been dominant for most of my life.

My world is the populist rebellion which believes we are being destroyed, our liberties are being cancelled and our religions are under assault. (Note the new Human Rights Campaign to decertify any religious school which does not accept secular sexual values — and that many Democrat governors have kept casinos open while closing churches though the COVID-19 pandemic.) We also believe other Democrat-led COVID-19 policies have enriched the wealthy while crushing middle class small business owners (some 160,000 restaurants may close).

In this context, let’s talk first about the recent past and the presidency..........read more.......

 americans are about to sing; you take sally and i'll take sue cause there ain't no difference between the two, but i don't think they'll realize that until its long past the time they can or would do anything about it, so caitlin will show you some bits of evidence;

Ahh at long last America is returning to normality: the hub of a globe-spanning empire which rings the planet with military bases and destroys any nation which disobeys it while propagandizing the entire world into supporting its murderousness, without rude tweets.

Biden’s inauguration will be a huge relief for people who aren’t actually affected by US government policy.

Americans want to believe Trump was uniquely evil among recent presidents because they want to believe their government will become significantly less evil when he leaves. This is delusional and harmful.

The only way to find Trump’s presidency remarkably awful is to (A) greatly diminish the scale of Bush and Obama’s crimes and (B) believe foreign lives don’t matter. Saying Trump was the worst president, even since the turn of this century, is saying that you’re a shitty person.

Trump was a US president of fairly average depravity surrounded by an ocean of influential narrative managers LARPing about treason and sedition for four years.........read more.....

 an image and message that perfectly encapsulates the current condition of 'our' democracy;

 show us how this message is wrong, i doubt you'll be able to do so;

 i have a dvd with coverage of these explosions that were ongoing in the basement and ground levels with commentary after the first plane hit. this is the first i've seen of one before the first plane hit. i guess that makes me a conspiracy theorist, which is really another term for critical thinker but also a target for 'our' incoming rulers;

Never forget that dozens of WTC employees reported explosions in the basement of the North Tower moments before the first plane hit the World Trade Center. This FOIA image confirms that we were all lied to, yet this was never investigated or even debunked by anyone.

Once a government is committed to the principle of silencing the voice of opposition, it has only one way to go, and that is down the path of increasingly repressive measures, until it becomes a source of terror to all its citizens and creates a country where everyone lives in fear."
