pcr makes some serious points about the george floyd death in this essay;

Did George Floyd Die From An Overdose of Fentanyl or From Homicide?
Paul Craig Roberts
As readers know, I am a long-time critic of gratuitous police violence. My many columns on the subject have cost me readers who saw my columns as undermining the police and thereby law and order.  I agree with readers that crime is real and that there is a danger that punishing the police for abusing their power can reduce their zealousness in enforcing laws.  On the other hand, refusing to hold police accountable allows misbehavior to continue that eventually undermines their reputation as has now occurred.
As readers know, I am also a critic of authorities, including those in Minnesota, for having our police given Israeli police training. Israelis use police to suppress the Palestinian population. In my opinion this kind of aggressive training is risky when some members of the force are attracted by power and authority instead of public service.
Having this track record, some readers are now confused that I seem to be taking the side of the police in the George Floyd case.
My concern is not with one side or the other. It is with truth. The medical examiner’s report—completely ignored by the media and public authorities—indicates that Floyd died of a fatal dose of the opioid fentanyl and not from strangulation by officer Chauvin.  If this is the case, then officer Chauvin, who has been convicted in the media prior to trial, has had his rights violated and has been, in effect, lynched by the media serving as a black KKK......read more............

fifty years ago i thought wilson a great president as i pursued my history studies but these days i know the reality was far different and here hornberger presents some of the reasons why;

Princeton University’s board of trustees has voted to remove Woodrow Wilson’s name from its public policy school and one of its residential colleges. Wilson is not only a former U.S. president but also served as Princeton’s president from 1902-1910.
The reason for the board’s action is Wilson’s racism. He didn’t want blacks applying to Princeton. He segregated the civil service, which previously had been integrated. In an economic downtown, he laid off postal workers who were predominantly black.
There is another good reason though for removing Wilson’s name from Princeton, one that most everyone simply ignores. He embroiled the United States in World War I, which led to the meaningless deaths of more than 100,000 U.S. soldiers. Another half-a-million Americans died from the Spanish flu that the war helped spread.
Wilson’s interventionism was contrary to America’s founding principle of non-interventionism, which was summarized in John Quincy Adams’ Fourth of July address to Congress in 1821. Adams pointed out that America did not “go abroad in search of monsters to destroy” with an interventionist foreign policy. Adams stated that if America were ever to abandon that founding foreign policy, she would become a “dictatress” of the world.
One thing is for sure: Wilson’s war made him one of the dictators of the world. When less than 100,000 American men volunteered to fight in his war, Congress authorized Wilson to conscript 10 million Americans. Conscription, of course, is based on force. Wilson forced American men to fight his foreign war, on pain of harsh punishment if they refused to do so............read more.........
oh, no, conspiracy theories, but many aren't theories;

What is the best way to debunk a conspiracy theory? Call it a conspiracy theory, a label which in and of itself implies disbelief. The only problem with that is there have been many actual conspiracies both historically and currently and many of them are not in the least theoretical in nature. Conspiracies of several kinds brought about American participation in both world wars. And however one feels about President Donald Trump, it must be conceded that he has been the victim of a number of conspiracies, first to deny him the GOP nomination, then to insure that he be defeated in the presidential election, and subsequently to completely delegitimize his presidency.
Prior to Trump there have been numerous conspiracy “theories,” many of which have been quite plausible. The “suicide” of Defense Secretary James Forrestal comes to mind, followed by the assassination of John F. Kennedy, which has been credibly credited to both Cuba and Israel. And then there is 9/11, perhaps the greatest conspiracy theory of all. Israel clearly knew it was coming, witness the Five Dancing Shlomos cavorting and filming themselves in New Jersey as the twin towers went down. Also the Saudis might have played a role in funding and even directing the alleged hijackers. And we have also had the conspiracy by the neocons to fabricate information about Iraq’s WMDs and the ongoing conspiracy by the same players to depict Iran as a threat to the United States.
the videorebel has a good idea where all this is heading and presents it here for your consideration;

The self-anointed leaders of the world have decided that world population reduction down to half a billion to a billion people is on the agenda. Problem is that this means 7 billion or so people will have to die. Some of those commoners might decide to rebel rather than die to make life better for billionaires.
The French Revolution had causes -starvation of the poor and John Law’s hyperinflation  – but it also had a flashpoint – Marie Antoinette’s “Let them eat cake.”
I would like to think of our flash point might be the smirk Bill Gates made when he said, “We have to prepare for the next one (pandemic virus). That will get their attention this time.”
Perhaps that smirk can launch a Global Insurrection – Commoners vs Uber Billionaires.
The Covid-19 virus made in a lab. This is according to Dr Luc Montanier who won the Nobel Prize for Medicine in 2008. Dr Francis Boyle who drafted the US Biological Weapons Act agreed – Covid-19 was made in a lab.
The Spike protein was engineered from SARS into Covid. This allows it to enter human cells. 4 new sequences were engineered into Covid from the HIV virus including the GP 41 envelope which is the key for HIV to infect human bodies..........read more.......
