i began this blogspot to save sending emails to all i suspected might need or want to review: avoid being a spammer. so consider these things i thought you might find interest in. if you like what you see, pass it on. If the power elites didn’t need the consent of the public to rule, they wouldn’t have to lie constantly about their reasons for their wars on everyone. as gore vidal said: i'm not a conspiracy theorist, i'm a conspiracy observer.

the videorebel highlights some of the obvious contradictions in 'our' system as it currently 'operates' in this essay and shows you a short british comedy flick;
It is not right that you do for a man who does not do for you. Why is it that Blacks do and do for the Democrats but the Democrats don’t do for them? I’ll tell you why? Because yo is a chump. Malcolm X
The total prison population rose by 673,000 people under Clinton’s tenure — or by 235,000 more than it did under President Ronald Reagan, according to a study by the Justice Policy Institute. Federal funding for public housing fell by $17 billion (a 61 percent reduction) under Bill Clinton’s tenure; federal funding for corrections rose by $19 billion (an increase of 171 percent). Under President Obama 19% of all federal prisoners were in private prisons. Prisoners are paid from 14 to 63 cents per hour. Kamala Harris who claims to be half black paid prisoners $1 per hour to fight fires. These were men who were supposed to have been released from prison but held at her whim after their release date. One black civil rights leader in Los Angeles said he would vote for Trump if Biden chose Harris for Vice-President.
An alternative to mass incarceration would be drug legalization. That would end the drive by shooting of innocent people in black neighborhoods. But it would subtract from the profits Bankers make from money laundering $1.5 trillion a year in illegal weapons, drugs and political bribes. We can conclude that Bankers are more important than black people to the Swamp Creatures in DC who run our government..........read and watch more.........
if you've spent any time here you may have noticed i regularly post kunstler's words, and this week he's wrapping up some of it quite well i believe;
The desperate condition of the USA is a much greater illness than the symptomatic grievance of systemic racism — though, for the moment, that complaint galvanizes the nation’s attention because it is woven into so many strands of national myth, narrative, and historic psychodrama. The short version of systemic racism is that predatory white Europeans came upon the New World and raped it, and then, utilizing that ill-gotten treasure, proceeded to rape the rest of the world and the non-whites peacefully living there (a.k.a. Colonialism). Who has any sympathy for the rapist?
Leaving aside the omissions in that story, the USA faces a graver set of circumstances than the animus between blacks and whites. In the background these weeks of protests, riots, looting, and arson is the disintegrating economy, which signifies that pretty much everybody in this land will not be able to keep on keeping on in the ways we’re used to. Everybody will have a harder time making a living. Everybody will endure shocking losses in wealth, status, and comfort. And, sadly, everybody will be too perplexed and bamboozled by the rush of events to understand why.
The short version of that story is we’ve overshot our resources, especially the basic energy resources that all other activities require. This mystifies the public, too, but you can boil it down to the cost of getting oil out of the ground being too high for customers and not high enough for the oil producers to cover their costs — a quandary. One result has been the rapid bankruptcy of the shale oil industry. Another is the incremental impoverishment of what used to be America’s broad middle-class — a malady that has, just for now, ring-fenced off the denizens of Wall Street, the notorious One Percent (of the population), who still luxuriate in zooming share prices and dividends while everybody else sucks wind in a ditch with-or-without the added affliction of Covid-19.....read more......

caitlin has some things to say about the current conversation about police that may give you some room to explore and think about it all;
A black man named Rayshard Brooks was recently killed by an Atlanta police officer who shot him in the back while he was attempting to run away.
Video footage from the police bodycam and a nearby witness makes it clear that Brooks resisted arrest after failing a breathalyzer test when police approached him sleeping in his car at a Wendy’s parking lot, punching an officer and taking a taser the police had attempted to use on him before trying to flee the scene. Video footage from the parking lot makes it clear that Brooks was running away, and, without ceasing to run, pointed the taser at police behind him, at which point he was shot twice in the back by an officer named Garrett Rolfe.........read and watch more.........
