This is all unsurprising, given that Australia is Washington’s basement gimp. San Antonio, TX — When your only tool is a hammer, everything starts to look like nails—even 7-year-old boys with autism. A disturbing video was taken this week showing just how true this statement is as a tiny child was dragged from school in handcuffs by two police officers.

The terrifying incident unfolded Monday at Hirsch Elementary School in San Antonio. The boy’s mother, Maria Herrera Arias said there was absolutely no reason to treat her son in such a brutal manner.

“They’re treating him like a criminal, and he’s not,” Arias said. “This is a 7-year-old kid.”

Arias explained to NEWS 4 that her son has been diagnosed with autism and a mood disorder since age 5.

“Maybe something that’s not a big deal to everyone else, is a big deal to him,” Arias said. “He doesn’t understand how to calm himself down from that.”

It is well known that children with autism do not like being grabbed or touched, as even a slight touch can cause great anxiety, discomfort, and even physical pain due to their disability. Clearly, these officers and the school did not understand this at all.

According to Arias, her son had an outburst in class on Monday over a disagreement about a computer program. Because her son suffers from a mood disorder as well as autism, the situation escalated.

The ninth circuit court of appeals has upheld a ruling which declared police can constitutionally steal your possessions. Called “civil asset forfeiture,” the police are under no obligation to give the property back to you. Instead, police departments will steal your stuff, hold it in storage (accruing fees in most cases), and then sell your stuff to the highest bidder.

Police have no qualms about stealing your property, especially after you’ve been arrested for a crime. Even though every citizen is supposedly innocent until proven guilty, police will routinely confiscate, cash, guns, and real property from those who’ve been charged with a crime, even property from other members of a family living under the same roof. After all, it is difficult to prove ownership without a receipt. More sinister, however, is the fact that you need not even be accused of a crime for police to steal your stuff.

The most egregious case of civil asset forfeiture of which we are aware comes from Oklahoma. To keep society safe, sheriff’s deputies in Muskogee County, Oklahoma robbed a church and an orphanage of $53,000. Real American heroes.

St. Louis, MO — In December 2011, St. Louis Police Officer Jason Stockley violated department policy when he grabbed his personal AK-47, premeditated, and then murdered Anthony Lamar Smith. The planning of the murder and the actual murder were captured on the officer’s dashcam. In spite of the overwhelming amount of evidence against him, a St. Louis judge in 2017 found Stockley not guilty of first-degree murder in the 2011 shooting death of Smith. Months of protests ensued immediately.

During the protests, undercover police officers were placed throughout the crowd in order to catch people who were attempting to instigate violence or destroy property. Police violence was so over the top, that four officers allegedly grabbed one of their own, a 22-year veteran of the department who was working undercover. Now, that officer, detective Luther Hall, filed a lawsuit this week in U.S. District Court alleging that his colleagues slammed him down twice and then beat him with batons.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that Hall’s suit says one officer who participated in the beating, Joseph Marcantano, has since been promoted to sergeant, showing that “misconduct is not only protected but rewarded by the City and Department.”

After the initial incident, officers Dustin Boone, Bailey Colletta, Randy Hays and Christopher Myers all faced federal charges of civil rights violation, obstruction of justice and lying to federal investigators.

So far, Colletta has pleaded guilty to one federal charge and has admitted to lying to the FBI and a grand jury about the nature of Hall’s arrest, while the other three officers have pleaded not guilty and are set to head to trial later this year.

The officers are accused of attacking their fellow officer without reason, throwing him to the ground, savagely beating him—causing serious bodily injury—and then destroying his camera.

its been funny watching the talking heads speaking about the 'act of war' in the attacks on the saudi oil facilities. its not as if the saudi's have been minding their own business any more than the empire has been an innocent. here is an exploration of some factors involved;

The Mideast has its own variety of crazy humor.  The Saudis have been blasting and bombing wretched Yemen, one of this world’s poorest nations, since 2015.

These US-supported attacks and a naval blockade of Yemen imposed by Saudi Arabia and its sidekick ally, the United Arab Emirates, have caused mass starvation.  No one knows how many Yemenis have died or are currently starving.  Estimates run from 250,000 to one million.

The black humor?  The Saudis just claimed they were victims of Iranian `aggression’ this past week after the kingdom’s leading oil treatment facility at Abqaiq was hit by a flight of armed drones or cruise missiles.  The usual American militarists, now led by State Secretary Mike Pompeo after the demented warmonger, John Bolton, was finally fired, are calling for military retaliation against Iran even though the attack was claimed by Yemen’s Shia Houthi movement.This drama came at roughly the same time that Israel’s prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, a close ally of US president Donald Trump, vowed to annex Palestine’s entire Jordan Valley if elected.  Not a peep of protest came from the US, which recently blessed Netanyahu’s annexation of Syria’s Golan Heights while scourging Russia’s leader, Vladimir Putin, for annexing Crimea – a Russian possession for over 300 years.

I studied US photos of the damaged Saudi oil installations.  Its oil tanks appear to be precisely hit at the same place.  After the attack, the Saudis claimed half of their oil production was knocked out; but a day later, they vowed production would be resumed within a week.  Parts of so-called drones were shown that appeared way beyond the technological capabilities of Yemen or even Iran.  The missiles may have been supplied by Ukraine.

In other words, the study concludes that the building was intentionally destroyed by controlled demolition.  Controlled demolition means that there was a plan to destroy the building and that access to the building inhabited by a number of US security agencies was permitted in order to wire the building for demolition.  This finding is consistent with what the owner of the World Trade Center, Silverstein, said on television, that the decision was made “to pull” the building.

When George W Bush was President, the Deep State created a list of 8 million Americans to be detained in case of a National Emergency. That list surely has grown since Democracy Now and Salon looked at Main Core in 2008.

The Deep State is run by the men who launder a trillion dollars a year in illegal drugs and weapons. Asia Times said a decade ago that they also launder $500 billion a year in bribes. The Deep State killed President Kennedy because they wanted him to go to war in Vietnam and to lose it so they could get white teenagers to start taking drugs. They wanted a beaten down and drugged up America to replace what was here before they killed JFK because they could more easily control a corrupt nation.

They also wanted President Kennedy dead because he opposed Israel’s acquisition of nuclear weapons.

There are a few problems with the DC crowd trying to round up 8 to 10 or even 12 million Americans. That original 8 million figure came from estimates more than a decade ago during the George W Bush administration. Certainly like all government programs it has expanded since it began.

Suppose the Deep State sent out the order to round up 30,000 men and women on the evening of Day One. Americans have 4 major time zones so suppose they operated from midnight to 4 am Eastern time. That would be from 9 pm to 1 am on the West Coast.

They would have to take down Internet communications and cell tower traffic. They could not allow people to communicate with one another.  They would need local law enforcement to co-operate. That co-operation could be a major problem as local cops might side with friends and neighbors and give advance warning. Children could be sent to another location. Some might set a bomb to explode when the door kicked in doors. Snipers might take out a few of the Feds on Day One.
