10 year old charged for assault… with a dodgeball

A ten year old boy will be brought to juvenile court on assault charges.

His heinous crime was hitting another 10 year old in the face with a dodgeball at recess.

He originally got suspended from school for one day… which seems like a more reasonable punishment.

But the tattle-tale mother of the injured child felt the need to get the authorities involved over a month after the incident.

So now before the next school year starts, the 10 year old deviant will be hauled in front of a juvenile court to answer for his playground crime.

After police issued an alert for ten “dark skinned” men wanted for the rape of a woman in Sweden, numerous Swedish media outlets refused to report the appearance of the suspects.

Last weekend, a woman was gang raped in central Piteå in northern Sweden. She described the perpetrators as “dark-haired and dark-skinned.”

The police subsequently released this information because they wanted tips from the public that would lead to the culprits being arrested.

However, in media reports about the rape, news outlets deliberately omitted the description of the suspects, presumably (this is Sweden after all) over concerns about political correctness.

“Aftonbladet, Expressen, Dagens Nyheter and Swedish Radio have reported on the rape but they all leave out the physical description,” reports Voice of Europe.

Chief Inspector Aron Backman suggested that the police had been completely transparent and that any failure to report on the physical appearance of the suspects was the fault of the media.

“We have released the information that the victim has provided. It is not as if we have held back on the description,” said Backman, adding that the media should share the description of the suspects to increase the chances of them being arrested.

i've been involved in a long standing conversation with an email friend who believe's what trump says and he frequently sends me things about 'q'. this post speaks of things i've been reading concerning the control of the empire, indirectly by the brits, and where that might be deteriorating, in part due to trump's actions;

British Ambassador Kim Darroch’s return to London from his failed mission in America is being hailed by many naïve commentators as yet another proof that President Trump is a crazed ego-maniac who cannot take criticism from a seasoned professional diplomat.

During the weeks since the “Darroch memo” scandal erupted, mainstream media has totally mis-diagnosed the nature of the breakdown in US-British relations, and has brushed over the most relevant evidence that has been brought to light by Darroch’s cables. This spinning of the narrative has made it falsely appear that the Ambassador merely criticized the President as “clumsy, diplomatically inept, unpredictable and dysfunctional” and was thus unjustly attacked by the President causing the poor diplomate to resign saying “the current situation is making it impossible for me to carry out my role as I would like.” Former British Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt went so far as to say that Darroch was “the best of Britain” and encouraged all diplomats to continue to “speak truth to power.” International press on both sides of the ocean followed suit portraying Darroch as a hero among men.

President Trump has suddenly announced that he is upping his trade war against China by imposing another $300 billion of tariffs on Chinese goods. According to the Washington Post, Trump said that his tariffs would begin at 10 percent on such products as cellphones, television sets, toilet seats, and pillows but could increase to 25 percent. As Trump adviser Peter Navarro declared, “We love tariffs. Tariffs are a wonderful thing.”

Okay, so our nation’s Republican president loves taxes, which is precisely what tariffs are. No surprise there. Despite their customary “reduce taxes” rhetoric, Republicans have long been supporters of big spending, along with the taxes to fund them — income taxes, Social Security and Medicare taxes, tariffs, excise taxes, property taxes, poll taxes, sales taxes, inflation taxes, and, well, every other forcible extraction of money from people to fund the ever-voracious needs of the federal government.

But I thought that in the United States, it is supposed to be Congress that sets the taxes by voting to enact them, after which the president signs the legislation into law. Isn’t that what everyone is taught in the civics classes in the public (i.e., government) schools to which parents are forced to send their children?
