i began this blogspot to save sending emails to all i suspected might need or want to review: avoid being a spammer. so consider these things i thought you might find interest in. if you like what you see, pass it on. If the power elites didn’t need the consent of the public to rule, they wouldn’t have to lie constantly about their reasons for their wars on everyone. as gore vidal said: i'm not a conspiracy theorist, i'm a conspiracy observer.

finally someone of small national awareness stands up and says enough. the cia among others have been using 'our free press' since the fifties at least and have been repeatedly exposed for doing so, yet the average 'consumer' rolls along singing their song proud of what the schools taught them, which ain't so. we have no free press and finally someone who worked there for a long time said so publicly;
A veteran national security journalist with NBC News and MSNBC blasted the networks in a Monday email for becoming captive and subservient to the national security state, reflexively pro-war in the name of stopping President Donald Trump, and now the prime propaganda instrument of the War Machine’s promotion of militarism and imperialism. As a result of NBC/MSNBC’s all-consuming militarism, he said, “the national security establishment not only hasn’t missed a beat but indeed has gained dangerous strength” and “is ever more autonomous and practically impervious to criticism.”
The NBC/MSNBC reporter, William Arkin, is a longtime prominent war and military reporter, perhaps best known for his groundbreaking, three-part Washington Post series in 2010, co-reported with two-time Pulitzer winner Dana Priest, on how sprawling, unaccountable, and omnipotent the national security state has become in the post-9/11 era. When that three-part investigative series, titled “Top Secret America,” was published, I hailed it as one of the most important pieces of reporting of the war on terror, because while “we chirp endlessly about the Congress, the White House, the Supreme Court, the Democrats and Republicans, this is the Real U.S. Government: functioning in total darkness, beyond elections and parties, so secret, vast and powerful that it evades the control or knowledge of any one person or even any organization.”........https://theintercept.com/2019/01/03/veteran-nbcmsnbc-journalist-blasts-the-network-for-being-captive-to-the-national-security-state-and-reflexively-pro-war-to-stop-trump/

should you wish to discover where you land in the political opinion continuum here is a link to a test that you can use to orient yourself;
It’s timely to stress that The Political Compass has been on the
internet since 2001. The uniqueness of our take on politics is reflected
in the
gratifyingly enthusiastic reviews
we’ve enjoyed in the national media of many countries from our earliest years — as well as
from many teachers and academics
who continue to use our work.
The enduring appeal of The Political Compass lies in its universality, and the fact that it’s not a fly-by-night election-time survey, but a continually accessible profile of a political personality applicable to all democracies. Although we’d like the time to develop more updates than we can sometimes offer, we remain a tool for comparing the politics of countries and well-known political figures, past and present. We invite you to check out some of our other features, such as the Iconochasms — a word that we coined in our early life, and one which is now widely used on the internet.
Our essential point is that Left and Right, although far from obsolete, are essentially a measure of economics. As political establishments adopt either enthusiastically or reluctantly the prevailing economic orthodoxy — the neo-liberal strain of capitalism — the Left-Right division between mainstream parties becomes increasingly blurred. Instead, party differences tend to be more about identity issues. In the narrowing debate, our social scale is more crucial than ever.
We’re indebted to people like Wilhelm Reich, Hans Eysenck and Theodor Adorno for their ground-breaking work in this field. We believe that, in an age of diminishing ideology, The Political Compass helps a new generation in particular to get a better idea of where they stand politically — and the sort of political company they keep.
A key source of revenue has been from the copyright licenses of our images, which appear in a number of education books.
Our weakest point is commercialism, so it was always inevitable that others with those skills would tinker a little around the edges of our basic concept — and even our name — and repackage it as a national issues-based tool for commercial sponsorship for a few weeks during national elections; or perhaps simply as yet another of those “fun” internet personality tests; or maybe just for five minutes of Facebook fame, with the source almost invariably unacknowledged. The Political Compass continues to offer something more substantial all year round, and we look forward to keeping our hundreds of thousands of visitors stimulated for years to come.

Let’s make 2019 the year we say no to the laundry list of abuses—cruel, brutal, immoral, unconstitutional and unacceptable—that have been heaped upon us by the government for way too long.
Let’s make 2019 the year we stop living in a state of utter denial, desensitized to the government’s acts of violence, accustomed to reports of government corruption, and anesthetized to the sights and sounds of Corporate America marching in lockstep with the police state.
Let’s make 2019 the year we refuse to allow the government’s abusive behavior to be our new normal. There is nothing normal about egregious surveillance, roadside strip searches, police shootings of unarmed citizens, censorship, retaliatory arrests, the criminalization of lawful activities, warmongering, indefinite detentions, SWAT team raids, asset forfeiture, police brutality, profit-driven prisons, or pay-to-play politicians.
Here’s just a small sampling of what we suffered through in 2018.............https://www.theburningplatform.com/2019/01/03/break-the-cycle-in-2019-say-no-to-the-governments-cruelty-brutality-and-abuse/

science does not support the official story of 911 and the following article will tell you more about that;
This year will mark the 19th anniversary of 9/11, a tragic event that will be remembered throughout history, and one that’s often considered responsible for the ‘waking up’ of millions of people. Though 9/11 was incredibly heartbreaking, it ultimately served a purpose, similar to how the false flag chemical attacks in Syria served a purpose.
These events allowed so many people to become aware of all the lies and manipulation that occur within our government. They helped us understand the connections that the Western military alliance and intelligence agencies have with these so-called terrorist organizations, as many academics and politicians have directly accused the Western military alliance of creating groups like ISIS and Al-Qaeda through fake video campaigns, funding, and providing weapons in order to prolong the ‘war on terror.’
Politicians like Vladimir Putin have accused the West of hiring paid mercenaries to make up these terrorist groups because their presence gives our government justification to infiltrate other countries for various reasons including resource extraction and the destabilization of governments. This has been a common theme since World War II, as we’ve witnessed numerous false flag terrorist attacks such as 9/11, which was allegedly created by the US in order to justify their invasion of Iraq and other parts of the Middle East in search of “weapons of mass destruction.”
That being said, there are many people who avoid discussing the ‘why’ behind these events, and instead have investigated what physically happened on that day.
