merge with a military from
another country??

Because the fascist oligarchs in
the U.S. know that they can't
rely fully on the U.S. military to
hunt and mow down their own
fellow citizens en masse when
the national peasant uprising
happens as they anticipate- so
they need to import the IDF to
do so without any qualms.
