make all the polish jokes you wish but this move is great, and not because i'm a hater. you don't work the restaurant business and not learn to get along with all types. i was in part raised by a black man and a gay man while working in a commercial kitchen. long story. the bottom line is read the bible and see in there how many gay trees would have been approved;
